Clayburn, Cassius
The man's crisp, white uniform puts the gray walls to shame. The metal of the chair and shackles have been cleaned and disinfected but there is just enough grime to make them unpleasant. To make him stand out. Of course, Cassius Clayburn stands out no matter where he is. Among the hordes of people in District Four, in the meeting rooms in the Capitol, even in the smoke heavy break rooms of the Peacekeeper buildings. However, it is in this room where he truly comes alive. Cassius is at his happiness in the bland unadorned walls, bathed in florescent light. His pockets filled with tricks and toys, and his fingers itching to scratch an apology out of some poor citizen or another.
Today's doll: June Rhodes. A fifteen year old from District Nine taken in for attacking a Peacekeeper. A smile had crawled over the man's lips reading her file. Such a heinous crime calls for a heinous punishment. No more whippings or scaring, he would get a real round in the Interrogation Room.
Leaning against the two way mirror, Cassius waits for his prey. It had been too long since his blades had tasted blood. Being stuck in District Four for the last few months had been torture within itself.
The door squeals open and some nobody officer brings in the criminal. Shoving off to the wall, Cassius feet drag him back and forth across the room waiting for the other officer to secure the prisoner.
"Set her in the chair. Now," he snaps, his heart beating loudly in his ears. Turning his back on the delinquent being chained into place, Cassius takes in a large breath.
This is going to be fun.
