WANTED: Murder for Hire [Open]

After looking over my list of characters and appraising it I realize that, with the new arrivals on their way (and the influx never truly ceasing) it is time that I laid to rest some of my older characters. I am hoping to kill off six of my characters to keep my total active from hitting 60 just yet (this is calculated to include 3 potentials and my current wips). The details of what I am hoping for is below.

NOTE: Each of these plots (with exception of Liam's death) will be enacted after the 69th reaping. If any of these characters get reaped they will most likely die anyway, so there will be no point in killing them beforehand.

Capitol
The boy I wish to kill is named Liam Isaacs. [ bio ] You may have seen him used in the Willy Wonka plot where I had hoped he might perish. Unfortunately this was not the case and as such I am left with him, still trying to figure out how he might die. After at least two further plots to kill him he still remains very much alive and I would like to change that.

District 2
The girl I wish to kill is named Ansi Livor. [ bio ] She was originally intended for a plot that never quite made it off of the ground, and as such - along with the fact that I put a minimal amount of effort into writing her - I feel her place has never been made. I would love if she might serve as a point of growth for a character, so that what work I did put into her may actually go towards something.

District 3
The girl I wish to kill is named Monica Berne. [ bio ] This was one character that I never really felt much for. I wrote her to follow an idea that I had but never really connected with her. As such, I feel that she is simply going to sit around and not be used. If I'm going to make her inactive then I would rather kill her off and make it final. Ideas on how she dies are open, whether a murder or some accident, so I will have both application types open for her.

District 5
The boy I wish to kill is named Phoenix Kastha. [ bio ] He is a very old character of mine and yet another one I have lost connection with. He was never a prime of mine and saw minimal use. Even so, I feel as though murdering him doesn't fit with the life he has made and as such I need a nondescript way of killing him (no rigging accidents please, more like an everyday accident).

District 7
The girl I wish to kill is named Hostia Aegrotatio. [ bio ] Yeah... I loved her a time ago but now she's past her time I think and while I still love her I feel that she, like any rabid animal, would be better off being put down. This in my head would go along the lines of a hunter tracking her down and taking her down, possibly thinking she is game or an actual wolf. Or perhaps she has gone completely feral and started attacking people who get too near. This is one death that I want to make big and important, but one that I still think should happen. NOTE: This will most likely involve multiple threads.

District 8
The girl I wish to kill is named Eira Rainswallow. [ bio ] Yet another fallen plot, this time a family plot, and a character that I fell out of love with even as I finished her bio. There's no life to her and so I feel the need to remove the life support. Metaphors aside, I want to find another everyday accident that I could kill Eira off with. All opinions are welcome, however murder does most certainly not count.
