Appearance:
Jason has a fiery orange hair and a slim wirey build. His eyes are usally blood shot, Aqua-green. His hair is short and bristled like an old tooth brush. He is short for his age but what he doesn't have in height he makes up for in intellgents. His slim arms and legs make him a fast runner which he uses to escape school bullies.
Jason's fashion is not very pleasing to the eye, he chooses what ever is cheaper. His wardrobe consists of tee-shirts, a grey fedora and some jeans. Although he baths as often as he can he still has an odd smell of wood smoke coming off him. He wears the fedora to cover his almost always blood shot eyes and it is the only part of his fashion statement that is desirable.
Personality:
Hot headed and quick to jump to conclusions Jason is one to hold a grudge and to hold it and hold it. His hot headed nature causes him to get into fights very quickly, like the time his 'friend' insulted his sister and Jason attacked his 'friend'. His nick name at school is 'burn' due to his hair color and his hot temper. Even though he can seem kind at first he is mean and sarcastic to everyone. His mother and father are constantly telling him to try to be friends with the neighborhood kids and yet he never even tries, spending most of his time trying to create something new with gears and gadgets from tossed away things.
Untrusting of almost everyone but close friends Jason spends his days inside tinkering with things. His untrusting behaviour worrys his parents and causes thoses he does trust to often leave him. Although this behaviour is not very nice it has its ups and downs. For instance he doesn't often get disappointed by his friends and dosent have to share what few resources he has. His behaviour all around often makes him the 'black sheep' of the social world.
Many people see Jason as a dark lonesome weirdo but all in all he's a person and a person needs love. His attachment to his sister is his love and he would sacrifice himself for her. His feelings for the Capital are mixed. Although he would agrees they keep crime in check and a full scale war he believes their means or...well let's put it this way he belives they are odd and could have some more civil approches. All in all he is unliked by most and a outcast of the always moving social world of Panem.

Jason was born into a family of engineers. His family was in deep debt to the Capital when Jason was born but things began to turn around, his dad got a better paying job and slowly his Dad and his Mother where in a better postion to support Jason. As Jason grew up so did the amount of money they had. Jason was put to work at the young age of 3 as a tester. Although it wasn't a offical job he was payed in candy and tested out the inventions his father made.
For as long as his parents can remember he has been tinkering with what ever he could find. His father a engineer has been sneaking gears and gadgets into the house of all sorts which he would give to his son. At the age of six Jason built a toy duck that moved around. His parents debate whether it's because of his fathers blood or his mothers but what ever the case Jason has always had a passion for things that move, shake and wurr. When Jason was only 7 his mother was pregnant again, this was a big shock to the Brown clan but they accepted it with open arms and a warm heart.
The day Jason's sister Tulip was born Jason vowed that if anything where to happen to her he would take it personally and promised to protect her to his last dyeing breath. At the age of 9 Jason went through school family life became a jumble of drama, his grades plummeted, he was bullied and the only thing that brought him joy was his sister. When Jason turned 11 he begun to understand the politics of the capital on some occasions agreeing with them. He began going to public hearings against his parents will and got a violent streak from that.
