Annora is quite a beautiful young lady. She has rare red hair, which people either hate her for or love her for. Her eyes are a gorgeous hazel color. Annora isn't stick thin, but she isn't overweight. Annora is exactly 5'4" and isn't growing anymore. She has light freckles on her nose and cheeks.

Annora is, by all standards, pretty. Some thought she should go into modeling, but honestly, that just sounds boring. Annora uses her beauty to her advantage. Flirting to get a discount on products? Easy! Annora cares about her appearance and likes to keep it nice. She likes to wear somewhat nice clothes, but nothing too fancy. After all, her family isn't made of money. However, they can afford some things like hair dye, tattoos, etc. Still, Annora doesn't want any of that.

Annora isn't very strong or fit. The thing is, she's never really had to do much work. When she was little, it became clear right off the bat that Annora has zero sports talent. She can't lift more than 20 pounds, and that's only on good days. Annora can run at a sort-of fast pace when she has the proper shoes. 

Annora is a very bold person. She's never held herself back from anything in her life. She's also original. Everything that Annora does is something that she thought of herself. There's no outside influences involved. Annora is great with people. She's also quite practical and thinks of the simplest way to do things. Along with all her other strengths, Annora also is observant. She loves to be spontaneous and crazy.

However, she does have quite a few weaknesses. Annora is awful with criticism and has a fragile self-esteem. She'll avoid conflicts at any cost. Also, Annora is easily bored. She's always had something pleasurable to do, being an upper class member of District 4. Annora has no plan for the future. Honestly, she's just winging it and hoping things work out. She's unfocused and can't stick to one task.

Still, Annora is kind. Despite all her issues, and sometimes brattiness, she can truly be helpful. She isn't all that smart, but then again, not many people are. She makes an amazing friend with her people skills and observance. She can be a bit flirty or preppy at times. However, this only happens by her own free will. Overall, Annora is a good person.

Annora's parents, William and Alexandra, were friends ever since 5th grade, when they got partnered up for a project about the districts. They discovered how well they got along, and became fast friends. Alexandra had a huge crush on Will, so this was great for her. 4 years later, they were still friends. Alexandra's crush had died down slightly, and Will was still totally oblivious. Finally, another girl just came flat out and said it. Will and Alexandra started dating soon after, eventually getting married.

Annora was born on a dark and stormy night. In fact, that's where she got her middle name, Tempest. Alexandra was excited to have a baby. Annora, however, wasn't an easy child to raise. William was always absent, as he ran a very successful fishing business. Alexandra struggled with the child. Annora was always screaming and crying about something or another. She wanted what she wanted, and would throw a fit to get it. As Annora grew, though, she began to realize that she couldn't get everything she wanted, no matter how hard she cried. Upon realizing this, Annora became slightly more controlled, calm, and collected.

Annora attends school as do all children of Panem. She's not all that smart but still manages to come off as average. Quite honestly, she couldn't have a worse plan about her future. Ideally, she'd win the Hunger Games and become rich, famous, and loved by the masses. But, this plan probably won't work out. After all, she's not that smart, strong, or easily loved. Still, a girl can dream, right?
