Relationship Needed For D3 Character {OPEN}

PERSONALITY:
Shy and quiet, Blaire is an avid reader. She is often seen to be carrying around a book. Quick-witted and creative, Blaire is good in hands-on activities as well. Extremely caring, Blaire puts her family and those she loves before anyone else. She has two younger sisters, as well as an older sister. Her mother has passed on, and her father isn't around much, leaving Blaire and her older sister to often be in charge of the younger two.
Always willing to take a hit for those she cares about, she is also terrified of the Hunger Games, as that is how she lost one of her sisters in the past. Blaire claims that she never gets in trouble. This isn't entirely true- it's closer to the fact that she just hates to get into trouble. Blaire is one to always put in all of her effort when she does things, such as her schoolwork. This tends to show through.
Her lack of athleticism would likely be harmful to her if she were to need to run, or do anything too physically demanding. Luckily, since she lives in District Three, that isn't something one comes across too often. Blaire is rather skilled with wiring and building things, but may cause a fire if she doesn't have assistance in her work, since she may procrastinate without really meaning to. Also, Blaire is one that is easily angered to a high level if she is provoked in the slightest. Her anger certainly will burst out of the typical 'quiet and sweet' personality she has. Not very confident in herself, Blaire would still willingly give her life for another, as she believes that everyone deserves a chance to live a longer life. This would involve volunteering in place of someone else for the games if she had to.
A very grateful young girl, the fifteen-year-old does whatever she can to help people. Unfortunately, Blaire can be one to brag about things. She doesn't mean to brag, but tends to do it quite often. This will push people away sometimes when it comes to friendships. It is, though, something that she is working on fixing.
When it comes to relationships, Blaire looks for someone who is caring and won't judge her for her little quirks. She prefers someone with similar interests, but that will still keep a differing conversation from day to day. She wants to be with someone that she won't mind being around all of the time. Blaire also enjoys meeting people who are a bit different, and doesn't prefer one gender over another. Identifying as bisexual, Blaire will date either male or female.

Samantha and Emma are both eleven years old, whereas Cassie is nineteen years old. Blaire's father also lives with them, but only seems to be around on occasion. Her sister was chosen in the reaping a year after her mother died and didn't survive. Ever since her death, Blaire has been wearing her old ruby necklace. The necklace is a circular red ruby gem, strung on a golden chain. It was her sister's token in the games, and Blaire has never taken it off.
