Looks-
Most people say I have my father's eyes, a mix of blue and gray. I laugh. Like my father would have cared. My hair is a brunette-red-ish thing. It's pretty short, about shoulder length, because I found that if it gets too long you can tell I haven't showered. I'm skinny, but better off than most in my district. We don't have much money, I'll leave it at that. I usually wear one of my two working dresses with my boots and jacket. I'll sometimes wear my pale blue dress, but that's just for Reaping days and special occasions. Most of my clothes come from Millannna's hand me downs.
I'm pretty...underdeveloped, if you know what I mean. But otherwise, I'm tall and skinny. I think I'm pretty fast and flexible. But sometimes I tire out quickly. Physically, I'm kinda weak. But mentally I am strong.
Sometimes I wonder what he sees in me. All I see when I look in the mirror is a lonely girl who's teased and pulled at. But I guess he knows me better than I do.
Family/History
My mum's a healer. She always has hope for me. That's where my middle name comes from. Since I was out first, she had hope that I would be the one to bring good things for our family. Not really. When Aster and I were born, father wanted a better life for us, for all of us. That's what he claimed he wanted when he ran away. But all he really wanted was his mistress and a way out of the family. He left six years ago. I was nine. So was Aster. A year after he left, Millanna came. She's the prettiest in the family, but also the strangest. Her parents were arrested for murder. Yes, murder. She's my cousin on the mother side. They were killed. Millanna had loads of stuff, her parents were well off. Probably the perks of being criminals.
About a year ago I met him. Parker Queens. Dreamy eyes, tall and lank, kinda like me I guess.
