Water Count Clarification

Hi guys. There seems to be some confusion on the water count, partially down to miscommunication on our part. We took out the tables at the bottom of the anthem because all the information regarding water and food counts is on the engine homepage. From next Games day onwards we'll post it in the anthem so it's easier for you guys (I should never have taken it out tbh).

Basically, you have FOUR days to get water without taking damage, and FIVE if you count "day zero". This was the way it was done in the 66th, and the way we are doing it these Games.

In any case, here's the table for Day 3:

Because we didn't really make this clear, and some of you have drank your water on day 3 when you could have saved it for day 4, I'm happy to undo that action and have your jugs full again.
