Lindsey Cascaddan - District 1 - 17
Background: Born and raised in District 1, Lindsey has been training for THG all of her life. Her mother, Rosalie, raised her to never let anyone tell her what's right or wrong. She also was raised to believe that she would someday be a strong and powerful woman. Her father, Roger, was a very strict parent. However, he only did what was best for Lindsey. He didn't believe in The Hunger Games, but he knew he wanted to train Lindsey just in case her name ever did get called at The Reaping. He feared that he'd forever lose his baby girl.
At the age of 13, Lindsey was already stronger than most of the girls and even some of the guys that she's seen around. At the age of 16, Lindsey already had many tattoos. She felt as if her Tattoos represented her. Her favorite was her face tattoo, it represented her loyalty to her family. "Family Before All" was her motto. Later, Lindsey met and quickly fell in love with a boy named Rodney. Rodney's story touched Lindsey. Rodney, a firm disbeliever in the ethics of the The Hunger Games, had already been talking about running away by the time Lindsey was 17.
Lindsey, although wanting more than anything to run away with Rodney, couldn't accept his offer due to the fact that her family wouldn't agree to doing such a thing. With a new baby girl, her mother just couldn't abandon everything. So Rodney left without her with a friend of his. Lindsey was devastated. She hopes that one day, when her family is well off without her, she can join him. She knew he was off in the search of some rebels. She knew the first couple districts he'd run to. It couldn't be that hard to find him.
Appearance: Lindsey has a somewhat tan skin tone. She has blue eyes and half blonde/half black hair. She died half of it black to represent her fears and emotions. She has several tattoos on her body. She has a face tattoo and a huge leg tattoo of a peacock. She also has a belly piercing and many ear piercings, oh and also a nose piercing.
She has a cute, sorta small and chubby face. She's about 5'2 and is average weight for her height. She paints her nails black quite often(toes and fingers). She has a sassy look about her. When you look at her, you see sass/attitude.
Lindsey, not surprisingly, is a very sassy/witty person. She is not spiritual at all and loves to share her opinion.
Like her mother, she holds very high family beliefs. Her family comes before all else. Nothing and no one can get her to deny her family. She is like a 2nd mother to her new baby sister.
Lindsey is also super flirtatious. She loves to flirt and poke fun at boys. She is also very smart. She loves to educate herself of subjects that she doesn't know. She feels as if she were to join THG, she would either be the first one killed or the winner.
