Levante | Rikki and Savage

Today was a beach day to be sure, the sun high in the sky and the sound of the surf crashing against the rocks and beaches that surrounded the district. It was everything I could ask for in a day, it was almost as if the water was calling my name, begging me to be out there out in the water and feeling the warm sun against my bare skin. I looked in the ornate mirror that hung in my room and gauged what kind of a bathing suit day it was, after all as fit as I was I still felt insecure on some days. Today however wasn't one of those days. My body looked beautiful today, a fishnet top covering a banduu that guarded my chest from the eyes of others, and a pair of denim shorts hung low on my thin hips, why should I not shot myself off.

Grabbing my favorite bikini I quickly stripped out of my clothes and slid into it, the contours of the fabric perfectly hugging my hips, ass and chest. There was nothing better than this bikini, my most favorite out of my entire collection. Next was picking out a surfboard that would be good for the day, and there was little doubt in my mind which one I would take. I had a lucky board that I used to kick off and end every season, and why break tradition now. Walking over to the board I took it off the hooks and ran my hand over the smooth surface, closing my eyes as I did so, imagining myself out on the waves. Today was going to be so much fun for me.

Practically running out of the house I waved at the neighbors and my mom, shouting over my shoulder that I would be back later. It wasn't uncommon for me to be out in the water, even when technically it was too cold for most people, and when the weather was beautiful like it was today I was always found in the water. In a matter of minutes though I had reached the water and I let out a small squeal that was befitting of someone far younger than me. I didn't care though, the water was my home and I was allowed to act like a child in my own home. With recklessness that could only befit someone of my age I ran towards the water with my board, jumped on a rock and promptly jumped into the waves, board and all.

Laughing loudly I slid off my board and into the water, letting it swallow me up before coming back up for air. My hair lay plastered to my shoulders and neck, and my skin glistened with the water droplets that clung to my tan body. Today was my day, today was my gift to me after a long winter, it was just for me, that's all it was, a selfish day for me and it was going to stay that way. With little effort I made my way back to the water line, my board in tow not far behind me, and when my feet hit sand I crinkled my toes relishing in the feeling of the rough sand against my skin. With a small giggle I backed away from the tide, dodging the water as it tried to reach out for my skin.

The day was truly magnificent, not a single cloud in the sky to disturb the little piece of heaven that was given to me this day. Walking into the water again I laughed as the waves lapped at my toes, sending a ticklish sensation through my feet and up my spine. It was such a wonderful feeling that I couldn't help but close my eyes to enjoy for all that it was worth. Who was to know when a day as perfect as this one would come along? After all the weather could be the complete opposite of today and be rain.

When I opened my eyes to take in the scenery they fell upon the statue of a boy...no a man...that was standing a few hundred paces off from where I was. He seemed to be posing and trying his hardest to get attention, but I could hardly hold that against him considering he was the most beautiful male specimen that I had ever met in my life. It was that thought that made me decide to play a little flirty with the situation, let him know that he has my attention, but play the "can't touch" game.

I brushed my hair out of my face and and made my way over to him slowly, my hips moving rhythmically to the beat of my own heart. I even made sure to bend over a few times to take some shells off the surf and toss them into the water. He looked to be a bit arrogant, but I had yet to meet anyone that was able to resist me for very long. I was the perfect model of what you would expect a girl to look like in District 4. The muscles, tan skin and yes, even the combat training had made me into the girl I am today.

Finally I made my way over to him and leaned up against the rock that was nearby. Up close he was even more of a statue of beauty, a creature sculpted out of marble or some other precious stone. I couldn't help but wonder how I hadn't met him before, or at least seen him. He must be a shut in...or I was...but still, better late than never. I didn't say a word to him though, I wanted him to be the first one to say something. However, I did move closer to him and brush my bare skin against his beautifully sculpted self. I wanted to make him want me, I HAD to make him want me.

It seemed that my plan was working, it was almost as if I could see what his mind was thinking before he even knew. Even his brief sentence was enough to tell me that he was appreciative of my touch. The way his body moved and how he wanted my arm to stay where it was all screamed that he wanted me to stay right where I was. So naturally I did stay right where I was, my arm pressed gently against his, almost like my soft skin was gently kissing his well toned, bronze skin.

Then it finally processed that he had given me his name, and I'd been to shallow to even notice. God there was more to this than just looks, and I needed to remember that. He could be the biggest dick in the world, but still look like a god. I suddenly felt really shy though, which was odd for me since I was normally outgoing, what was it about this vision of beauty that seemed to leave me tongue tied. "Ummmm ummmm, my name, yeah...it's Rikki but most people know me as "The Wave" because I like to surf and I'm good at it."

I felt a blush creep onto my face and I looked away from him, feeling a small chill run down my spine. What was this feeling, was it nerves, apprehension or the feeling that for some reason I didn't even deserve to look at him. Whatever it was, I couldn't even bring my face around to look at him. I just awkwardly stood beside him, my arm still against his beautiful body. My toes dug into the sand as I contemplated my next move. This certainly wasn't going how I wanted it to, and sure as hell wasn't what I had planned. What was wrong with me?

My original plan of playing "keep away" with him was now completely spoiled, and the truth was...I didn't mind at all. I nearly melted into the ground when I heard him say that he wanted to surf with me, and even more embarrassing was that he pointed out how quickly I was getting attached to him. Even I was a little scared of how it was happening, how I almost NEEDED him right now. Even the way he said it, so condescending but so...amazing. It made my legs feel like jelly, I wanted to fall into the sand.

I couldn't do it even if I wanted to though, his arm was wrapped firmly around me, keeping my upright and pressed hard against his skin. When he pulled away from the kiss I almost begged him for more, but by the look in his eyes I didn't have to beg. I took in a short breath and that was all I got before his lips were pressed firmly against mine, pulling me even closer, the kiss almost ravenous, as if he was claiming me as his. Who would have thought that this day would turn out so well? I wasn't expecting this god to kiss me let alone seem to desire me.

I responded with equal pleasure to the kiss, one of my legs wrapping carefully around him as I sought to get even closer. Then it hit me that we were on a public beach, making a VERY public display of ourselves, and I broke away quickly, looking at all the people staring at us. Doing my best to bring up my forceful voice I spoke to know one in particular. "Okay, shows over people, go back to your business and stop staring like we're some spectacle. Can't two young people make out on the beach without this sort of gawking?"

I saw some of them grin and roll their eyes, others kept watching us as if waiting for another step to happen. God, they were like vultures or really bored people wanting to see something completely out of the norm. To be fair, I wasn't much different on the days that I was bored, but since I was the person they were staring at I was a little self conscious about it. It's not like I wanted the attention, especially not for this. I was used to all my attention coming from my surfing ability. Though...it wouldn't be a bad thing for my name to be associated with Savage...we could maybe be the next power couple.

The sound of his deep bass voice had such a calming quality to it. The lilt and sound of it matching the calming affects the waves had on me. Jeez, was there anything he couldn't be or do? He even wanted to take me to a more secluded part of the beach, he was listening to me, which was a first because people are usually annoyed with me. Before I could even take a step towards a more secluded area I felt his arms move around me and sweep me off my feet bridal style.

With a small squeak I wrapped my arms around his neck afraid I might fall down. Deep down part of me knew I wouldn't fall, but it was also a good excuse to be even closer to him. My arms hung around his neck and I could feel the chiseled muscles of his back as he carried me with seeming ease. This closeness of our bodies made my pulse go from the average to above and beyond what it should have been I wanted to skim my hands across his frame learning his structure and just...everything about him.

Finally snapping back into reality I watched as the scenery changed from sand and people to a more rockier appearance. The sound of the water was dulled but not to the point that it was unable to be heard, and small rocks stood out from the shallow surf. The few small patches of sand were covered in seaweed and the random spotting of turtles and starfish. It was truly beautiful over here, and it surprised me that as well as I knew the district I had never been over here. Suddenly though I felt my legs drop down to the ground and I couldn't help but want to climb right back into them.

With a sigh I resigned myself to not being picked up again, but I settled for standing in front of him, with his arms wrapped around my waist. "Thank you Savage, you're pretty amazing, and I don't just mean your looks. You really know how to sweep a girl off her feet." With a giggle I looked up and kissed his chin, and returned back to staring out at the waves. Perfection was hard to come by and he was like a dream, I just hope I never woke up from it.
