Chakra Fatalis | District 8 | Complete

Chakra has long brown hair she ties on a braid mainly so it doesn't go into her face when exercising or generally moving around. She has pale skin, mainly due to her district's weather and is generally fit however she doesn't develop as much muscle as you'd expect her to due to the food shortages and malnutrition. Chakra has green-honey eyes that seem more green in dark areas and more honey in the sunlight.

She dresses in sleeveless shirts, mainly back ones since she likes the color but given the conditions of her district she doesn't mind the colors she has to wear as long as the textiles are decent. She wears either worn off jeans or track trousers depending of what she is doing, her jeans are not worn off because of fashion, but rather for her continuously wearing them while exercising.

Chakra used to be weak and fragile when she was little, she'd be submissive to her abusive father however as she grew older she became more and more tired of her father's compulsive behavior, growing a mild dislike to him, this grew to an intense hatred to his persona.

As she aged Chakra became a tomboy-like and tough in nearly every aspect of the word. She is now brash and slightly rude and impolite. Her temper is also considerably short and she becomes angered extremely easily.

Chakra can be considered an anarchist as she tends to be against rules and has a strong dislike of the Capitol and the Peacekeepers. She usually blames the poor health resources of the district for the death of her mother as the Capitol will only give resources to their "pet districts".

Chakra lost her mother when she died from cancer when Chakra was seven. Her father lost in grieve decide to drown his grieve with alcohol. From that day Chakra's dad started saying it was her fault and everytime Chakra did something wrong he will beat her up with a leather belt.

Chakra grew up scared and feeling pathetic until that one day when she was fourteen she decided that she had enough and she slapped his dad and left her home. A ten year old Chakra went to the orphanage claiming that her parents had abandoned her when they had fled the district. The orphanage eventually took Chakra were she grew up in miserable conditions.

Chakra started turning really tough, she became a jock and she will do alot of exercise in excesive quantities every day. Her tough façade in the end was just the result of her father's abuse and the tough conditions she had to assimilate in the orphanage.
