In the 68th Hunger Games, Kia Soul of District Three was reaped. And killed. He lived with his wealthy adopted father, Mr. Soul, and now that he is dead. What will become of his family. Oh, did I mention that Kia's adoptive father owns the largest car company in the whole of Panam, and that all of his relatives are vying for the spot of president.
