District 4

Appearance
Ash blonde hair tumbles like a celestial waterfall down her shoulders, eventually cut short inches above her wide waist. It's turning brown at the roots, she realises, like a parasite slowly infecting it's latest victim. She too is a victim of frizzy, flyaway hair, as if her almost white tresses are living things, and they seem to be, curling delicately when a hand touches a hair. Her eyes are deep set, and intense, coloured a smoky shade of the deepest blue. Yes, her eyes are like the depths of the ocean, deep, dark tendrils of sin breaking occasionally to let a shaft of light reach the outside world. Although her eyes seems to be smiling and bright, its turbulence and depth suggests more. Thin, sharp eyebrows arch almost tauntingly close to her eyes, which give her a bemused look. The bridge is rather wide, and it broadens sharply into an arrowhead of a wide nose. Her thin but rosy lips are always wide open to reveal a wide smile that reveals everyone of her immaculate upper pearly whites, although the eyes don't follow and the smile doesn't quite reach her eyes.

The girl is rather pale, but inevitably hold a bit of a sunbaked feel, after all, she does live in District 4. She is rather on the skinny side, but manages to hold lithe muscles made for speed and for a bit of actual strength. Her hands are long and hold strong, dexterous fingers, and boast many calluses. A man might hold her hand and immediately withdraw it as he feels the strange sensation of rough skin on a girl's hands. Her nails are kept longer than normal, and are in good condition, as she chews on the inside skin of her thumb when she's most nervous. Her body's lean but it takes time to show off her sexy curves and appealing hips, and she tends to be a showoff at times. Sin, as she's called, prefers to wear baggy clothes so she can feel the coldness and salt of the sea. All in all, she's a girl that's meant to be independent and a true District 4 gal.
