The Order of the Red Lotus
New growth cannot exist without first the destruction of the old...
No one knows where they came from. Rumor has it they escaped from the Detention Center...while others say they simply came out of the forest...and into District Three...
The Red Lotus is an anarchist group, dedicated to taking down the natural order of the world. And this isn't just the Capitol; they mean to turn neighbor against neighbor, teenager against teenager, outside of the Games and leave District 3 in mass chaos. Influential, cunning, and unstoppable, the Red Lotus has the power to tear apart families, friends and lives. Unless they can be stopped.
This plot is an off-shoot of this older plot. In this plot, the teenagers of District Three have their own underground fighting arena where they train like Careers. We can revive Amon's old plot as well too. If you were playing one of these characters, please post here by Wednesday, May 13th if you'd like to continue playing this character. After that, that character will be up for grabs.
Red Lotus Members
**I am using their real names in the show. Feel free to change them. For the most part, you will have free reign over shaping your character. Below are some basic things that should be included.
Zaheer
Leader of the group. Lacks his own fighting style, but has excellent rhetoric. Normally very calm and mediates often.
P'Li
Zaheer'stall, hotgirlfriend. Talented in pyrotechnics. She is loyal to the other members and protective of Zaheer.
Ming Hau
Armless, but has managed her disability and has made it work towards her advantage. Has a bit of a temper.
Ghazan
Strong, body-builder. Has a sense of humor and is largely indifferent to most of the decision-making that goes on. He is a follower.
In addition to applying for Red Lotus members, I am opening up additional LOK spots. They are:
Su-Yin
Lin Beifong's sister (Rosetta plays Lin and her name is PK Leianna Phiabac). Sassy, protective of her children and a fabulous metalworker.Whoever gets Su-Yin is free to have others create a family as long as Skrillex son is included
Varick
A savvy inventor and businessman, Varrick is full of a crazy ideas. He is more loyal to his business and ideas than anyone else, but is willing to help out if there's some gain for him.
Zhu Li
Varick's clever assistant. Sassy and loyal.
Bumi
Tenzin's wacky brother. Former Peacekeeper. Was discharged after injury.
Kya
Tenzin's hippie sister. She is a nurse.
If I did not include anyone you'd really like to play, please fill out the application and give a little more detail about your ideas for this character. For example, I left out Kuvira because she's a whole other plot, but if you have fabulous ideas for her, be my guest!
