Something beautiful
Asher gives a sigh and hangs his current weapon, his ax, back up on the rack. Enough weapons training. He had tired of that quickly, as he had just been demolishing the dummies. He had gotten bored quickly.
Asher decided against trying his strength any further. He looked over to the Stealth station, the mentor seeming to be laughing quite happily, clapping his hands in laughter.
Stealth. Something I know nothing of.
Asher thinks forward in time, when he would be in the Arena. When he would be in a great struggle against 23 other tributes, for the win. For survival. If he was loud and alerting everyone and everything that he was in the area, would his survival last? He doubted it.
He began walking towards the seemingly empty training station that was Stealth. The mentor was smiling and nodding his head. Before Asher could ask, a sudden rattle to the left of Asher made him sharply turn his head, but spots nothing. He shakes his head, and Asher turns back to the trainer.
"So, um, will you teach me... stealth?" Asher says, unsure.
The trainer just smiles again, and shrugs his shoulders. "Find the boy and I'll teach you, kid."
As much as Asher hated being called a kid, Asher ignored it and gave him a questioning look.
"Somebody learns fast."
Another noise sounded behind Asher, making him turn on his heel to see... nothing. Asher was now dumbfounded, what the hell is this guy talking about? Did they seriously hire a senile man to take care of the stealth station?
Asher heard a swift noise to the left, and again Asher turned to look, but finds nothing. Now slightly aggravated, Asher grunts and begins walking away, back to the weapons rack. "Thanks for the help, man."
The trainer shakes his head and shouts after him. "Find him!"
Asher swung around, an annoyed expression across his face. "WHO?"
The trainer just shrugged his shoulders. Asher called out, feeling quite dumb, "Who's there?"
