D1 + D4 :: La Torre Family

This is Gunner. If you don't know who she is then you probably haven't been reading the Games, so you're probably not going to be interested in this lololol.

Her father is Ravi La Torre, a notoriously violent drug lord from D4, dealing mainly in crystal meth. BREAKING BLOOM. Prior to the 70th, Gunner had been put in charge of operations in D4 when she wasn't whiling away her time at her favorite strip club, but now that she's about to die, there's gonna be a small change of plans.

Papa La Torre has a secret second family in D1 — Gunner's half sister (Astra Kimber "AK" La Torre) and as-of-yet-unnamed-but-maybe-something-gun-related-like-Madsen-Colt-Mauser-Ingram-??? half brother (twins? older sister/younger brother? idk tbh). When Gunner was born, Ravi was originally disappointed she was a girl instead of a boy to be heir to his drug fortune and so half the reason he snuck off to D1 to make more babies was in hopes of fathering a son. However, it quickly became apparent that Gunner was the badass to end all badasses, so he soon forgot about his secondary children and gave all of his attention to Gunner.

Gunner never knew she had half-siblings and vice versus. AK only has vague memories of her father, who was mostly uninterested in yet another daughter, but for a while in their childhood Ravi attempted to groom her brother to be Meth King of Panem. At least, until he realized his son was a disappointingly gentle soul. Gunner's abandoned half-siblings are fiercely protective of each other... and skeptical as hell about Ravi suddenly showing back up in their lives now that Gunner is gone. This time his focus is on AK, wondering if he underestimated her the same way he once did Gunner. Whether or not she'll step up to the task is yet to be seen... or if maybe her brother has grown more ambitious over the years.

Regardless of family drama, AK and her brother are tightly knit and reliant on each other. AK likes to think herself capable of anything, always volunteering to take on responsibility in the family, but lacks follow through and tends to leave a mess behind her every step of the way. (They're cousins to Shrimp's Sublino family, who have begun dealing weapons from the backroom of their antique shop, desperately trying to recover their financial and family losses after the D1 earthquake. The two siblings lost their mother to that earthquake and now live with the Sublinos. Also there's Sublino family vs. Grimm family plottage, but I'll save that for later.) Her brother is almost always the one cleaning up after her.

AK is also part of a girl gang (whose dealings are ALSO stirring up trouble with the Grimms) and there's a BARF alliance reincarnation plot. I know I know. It's like half a dozen plots all smashed together into one giant complication, but I'm not even a little bit sorry.

Basically I'm reincarnating Gunner into her half-sister and I'm looking to see if anyone might be interested in making her brother? (I'm pretty open about ideas for him, but I'm also happy to make suggestions! I obviously have a couple personality/name/FC ideas, but what I want more than anything is someone who'd be excited to write ~LA TORRES~.) Please be interested in plotting/writing him and not just making his bio, seeing as how there's some serious plottage happening and I'm super psyched on threading it out.

Also. There might be La Torre cousins happening in D4? Nothing in particular planned yet, but hit me up if you're interested!
