An Important Announcement for all of Panem

You all live a wonderful life thanks to the Capitol, yet some of you squander your generous opportunities to be good citizens and bend the laws set to keep this land pure. We will not stand for this soiling of sacred ground any longer. Turn in your murderers, your thieves, your rebels, and those that lack the spirit of Panem in their hearts. At the Panem Detention Center, they will learn what it truly means to be an upright citizen.

The surge in crime in the districts calls for more action by Peacekeepers and citizens alike.

Citizens
You have the unique opportunity to turn in your fellow citizens for whatever crimes you think they may or may not have committed. But wait that's not all, for every character you turn in that gets arrested you will be compensated with $50 to your account. (Three characters and you got yourself another tessera).

Peacekeepers
With more criminals comes the need for more keepers of the peace. You can sign up your Peacekeeper to bring glory to the Capitol by arresting and interrogating these cold hard criminals.

Sign up here to keep the streets of Panem clean.

With this surge of crime and reboot in how the Peacekeeper force will work, prisoners can now RP out being arrested in their home districts before being sent to the Detention Center.

We are introducing a whole new aspect to the Detention Center!
Are your characters too well-behaved to be sent to the DC but you'd love the chance to write with them there? Fear no more, for the Detention Center Raffle is here!

The DC Raffle

How it works:
You can submit any of your characters into the DC Raffle and once a month we will draw a number of characters proportional to the number that signed up to be arrested and shipped off to the DC for doing nothing at all! This is a dystopia after all. It has all the thrills of a Reaping without the ensured death!

Sign your character(s) up here for the exciting chance to be arrested and reminded of the sick militant world they live in.
