- Back Story / Stella's Twist -
[ Explaining everything because throwing in random siblings is what even]
Throughout the games it can be taken/assumed that Stella Summit was an only child. Mentioning how her father, before his death, locked her in her room all the time, how he would beat her for no particular reason at all. How she always lived in her paradise, instead of the real world. And how she was always curious about the outside world beyond the four walls that kept her trapped inside.
Stella was a sick girl with a twisted mind, suffering from depression and hearing voices that would speak to her since she was a young girl. She isolated herself in her room by locking her door, removing the knob herself and never leaving. And while her father was, in fact, an alcoholic, he was sober some of the time, and while he was drunk he wouldn't be how Stella described and become abusive. Whenever something is done wrong in the household you'd receive discipline, in the form of a "slap on the hand" or something of that sorts. However, in Stella's mind, she was the only one, receiving harsh treatment for doing things that couldn't register in her mind. Her father was never meaning to harm her or treat her differently from everyone else, but in Stella's twisted mind, she felt like it was all against her. And she grew a hatred towards him for it. It was to the point that she would lock herself in the room, but in her mind he was the one that locked her in there, and removed the door knob. It was all to escape the real world and fade away into her own little paradise that she lived in.
Because of this, Stella stays in her room, locked away her whole life, never leaving, her father bringing her food for whenever she got hungry. She doesn't participate with her family, and not only this, but she doesn't acknowledge her siblings and mothers existence, for they never caught her attention much. She only notices her father, and her great aunt who came to visit her, bringing her flowers from the floral shop every now and then.
Stella is a very curious girl, driven by the desire to take everything from the harsh reality and distort it into her image of how things should be. This is what led her to "escaping" her room, from a door that was never locked by anyone but her, and wandering outside in the night. The young girl was then attacked by a wild animal, this all ending with the result of having to amputate her left arm, up to her shoulder, for it not to infect.
But there's the thing.
Her father never locked her inside her room.
She could leave whenever she pleased, but chose not to.
For in her mind, he forced her to stay in her room, "locking" the door behind her.
And when Stella hit the age of ten, when their father died, her mother thought it was best for their great aunt to take care of her. Stella never paid mind or attention for anyone else in her life besides those two people.
TL;DR
Stella was a sick girl with a "twisted" mind in which she only noticed the existence of her father, when he was hitting her, and her great aunt. In her mind it was her father that locked her in her room when she was younger, but in reality she locked herself in her room, while in her mind it was "because of him".
They lived a pretty normal life in District Seven, being slightly more wealthy than the usual civilian.
This was made because I want Summit feels. I want to drown in a wave of them, and my tombstone to say "died of all these feels". I will also most likely be accepting all of the apps because the more the merrier.
