how do I create a character

First, you're going to need to read the rules. They can be found [here], and while you may find it tedious to look through them, it's very important that you understand what they mean before creating a character. After that, take the time to read over how to make an acceptable character, which can be found in [this guide]. Once you feel like you are ready to make one, go ahead and copy and paste this table into a post.
