Appearance:
Charlie is 6 foot 1 meter high and weighs 6 stone and 38 kilograms. She has type five skin (naturally black skin) which has a normal texture. She has upturned eyes which are a deep blue color that appear to glow in the dark. She has a few muscles and is quite skinny, but she is not very strong and can lift up to 40 stone in weight. Her lips are very dry and are often chapped, and are quite small. Her hair is slightly wavy, and if you touch it it is as if you are touching silk. Her feet are size 5.
Charlie really doesn't care about what people think about her appearance, and doesn't pay that much attention to it. People like her appearance, so try and become friends with her, but once they get to know her, they realize she is a bit different from them and move away. This upsets Charlie because she doesn't know what she has done wrong, when it is just because she is wacky and unique and for some reason people don't like that.
Her eyebrows are quite bushy, but not overgrown. Her nose is quite long, but doesn't really stand out unless you stare at it for ages. Charlie often wears her hair in a high ponytail and wears the standard brown clothing, but likes to alter it slightly so that it looks more fun and jazzy.
Personality:
Charlie is very unique and wacky, and is daydreaming most of the time. She is very out of this world and comes up with the craziest of things, and people are put of by this. She has a small group of friends who stand up for each other.
She is very knowledgeable and often corrects people, which is quite annoying. She can be incredibly stubborn and ignorant to the point that she is left by herself and beating herself up about being stubborn and ignorant. She is also very very kind and will let people push her around if they are angry or sad. She lets people push her around so that they can calm down.
She is very outgoing, almost to outgoing, and speaks so so much.
Charlie feels that if she enters the hunger games everyone will betray her because she is not like the rest of them. She would hate to kill or see somebody being killed; it would torture her. Charlie seems reasonably independent, so people will probably leave her to work by herself, but others may feel sorry for her because she is quite small and may look vulnerable in this situation, so help her.
History:
She is the daughter of Michael and Sarah Monoquisk, but they ran away when she was 3, leaving her by herself. Charlie now lives in the community home with so many different people, and this is how she has become so outgoing. Her community home doesn't have much to offer in the way of food, so sometimes Charlie will nick a few items here and there to eat.
She goes to the local school and is made to believe that the Capitol is helping them and are doing the right thing, so she helps out wherever she can as she feels that if they say they are doing the right thing, they must be telling the truth.
When Charlie was little, about 5, an older kid who was actually a psychopath befriended her because she would do what he would say and wouldn't really mind if he pushed her around. He then committed murder at the age of 8 for fun. He was then sent to a detention camp, and Charlie was distraught because she didn't understand what was going on. The bad thing is, the older kids took her along with him to try and frame her, but she ran away in fear and turmoil. Ever since, whenever she sees bloods, she faints and has terrible flashbacks.
