Within the sanctions of District Two lie a total of three families. Each of these families gained high respect and wealth in the district over time due to their abnormal career training. Unlike many normal careers these families raised their children on the principles the old eras, which in their case consisted of many fighting styles that had long since vanished. However, over the many years the families have pushed past their limitations to prove themselves superior to one another and constantly hosted tournaments where they would pit new generations against each other. Even to this day the feud driven tournaments still exist just as the old fashioned lethal families do as well.

The Hugamont Family{Based on Hyuga Clan}: This family is known for their brutal and persistent teachings, often their children are beaten for mistakes in their training until perfect. This family's special fighting technique is swift pressure point attacks. Just by surveying their opponents they know just where to strike to leave a crippling blow.
Hinata Hugamont: Eldest girl of main family, incredibly shy but still determined to prove everyone she is strong. 16 years old.

Hanabi Hugamont: Younger sister of Hinata, young prodigy at their family's technique. 14 years old.

Neji Hugamont: Oldest of all three but cousin to Hinata and Hanabi, incredibly strong and dangerous. 17 years old.

The Ulta Family{Based on Uzimaki Clan}: A very proud and noble family, always trying to do the right thing and are naturally born leaders containing a lot of strength. Their specialty in battle is to be incredibly fast on their feet due to their impressive stamina. Which of course, all leads up to breath taking hard hits they can deal to end things quickly.
Naruto Ulta: Only living main Ulta alive, parents were killed in a horrific accident when he was young causing him to learn how to live on his own. Loneliness became his biggest source of fuel and motivation. 16 years old.

Sakura Ulta{Note this is highly different from the actual show I am aware}: Cousin to Naruto and has a very big crush on Saske Ullich, she is incredibly smart but struggles with reasons to fight and will to fight. 16 years old .

The Ullich Family{Based on Uchiha Clan}: This family for the longest time was known as the strongest of them all and their thirst for power is unparalleled. However due to a horrific event nearly all the family was brutally killed by one of their own leaving only two remaining to carry on their legacy. This family's technique is that their analytical skills are off the charts, they are so good at predicting another's attacks that it opens up their chance to use their silent maneuvers to swiftly eliminate targets.
Itachi Ullich: Eldest of the living two and is incredibly powerful, has a strong source of hunger for any kind of power. 18 years old.

Saske Ullich: Younger of the two brothers and also very naturally talented, however not as blood hungry but still thrists madly for revenge. 16 years old.
