Hi everyone,
This thread is dedicated to taking a final tally of the people who will be coming or not to the first official HGRPG meetup. If you have not filled in any of the forms required (you will know as all those who have filled in at least one form will be listed below) and are interested, the original thread - the one I have been posting updates in - is here.
What I would like everyone I tag in this post to do is to reply once to this thread saying whether they are:
- For sure ABLE to go
- For sure UNABLE to go
or
- Unsure about being able to go
Please note, this can be changed at ANY TIME by PMing or DMing Death or myself. (However, please do not change unless you are 100% sure, and please be quite sure of the For Sure answers before posting. The less changing that has to happen, the more accurately we can assess prices for everyone.

If you reply with UNABLE, you will no longer be bothered with the next round of forms and information. This also means that if you change from UNABLE to ABLE you will have to catch up on the forms you have not filled in. Anyone who has not filled in all of the required forms will not be included in the final decisions and thus will have to go along with what choices have been made as well as potentially finding their own transportation to the place where we will be staying.
Thank you,
Kire
