Appearance:

She has short dark brown hair, usually pinned back with a clip, and pale blue eyes framed by thick but short eyelashes. She is 5' 4.5", and weighs 108.6 lbs, which is slightly underweight. Her eyebrows are thin and not very angled, her eyes are large, and her nose is small. Her lips are semi-thin, and pink. She is quite long legged, and has delicate fingers that can get into tight crannies. She's thin and lean. She also has a slightly long neck.

She typically wears a pair of dark blue trousers with a simple white blue button up dress shirt under a dark blue protective jacket, and dark brown leather boots that are a little worse for wear when working as an apprentice under her father who's a mechanic. She tends to wear a white dress shirt and black pants when at home, however. Her outfit to the reapings is a dark blue sleeveless dress with a flat dark blue cap on her head and a pair of dark blue flats. She likes to wear her work uniform when running errands for her mother. She also carries around a simple brass pocket watch that was given to her as a special birthday present by her father, to remind her of him when he's away on repair trips in the other Districts.

She doesn't really think of herself as that pretty, and as she's in the workshop half the time she is usually too preoccupied to try and do anything about it. She tends to scrunch up her eyebrows when thinking, and sometimes sticks out her tongue when drawing. Her hair is healthy enough, occasionally having grease stuck in it, though, and she keeps her finger nails short and clean. She never wears any make up, and has no piercings. Her voice is clear, but not very high pitched.

Personality:

Sort of introverted, taking the form of she's not really into making the first move when it comes to getting into friendships with people, but will, however, be more interested if she's not the one in control. She needs time to think often, releasing any stress into her work, and ignores people if they intrude. She's very mature, and takes her job to help her father seriously. She loves her work, enjoying it greatly, and frequently goes down to her father's workshop to tinker with the non-important machinery in it. She also likes to read manuals and instruction booklets.

She is very kind and playful when not working, however, but only around friends and family. Otherwise she tends to be a little apathetic to much of what people say, unless it directly or indirectly affects her loved ones. She never attempts to draw attention to herself, and sticks to the background, only doing otherwise if it's incredibly important. She also never pranks people, and is quite polite in the effort to not make enemies, as she doesn't like to have stuff hanging over her, like debts, favors, etc. Often she will go out of the way to get any debts or the like done with as quickly as she can.

She only trusts people when they've proved they're not going to betray her, and hates it she has no choice but to trust people she just met. She can resist curiosity most times, but can be pulled in if it was a major betrayal of the government, or super top secret information, and even then will resist if she would get in trouble for looking. Once a person has gotten close enough to her, she will be incredibly loyal, and would do practically anything for him or her. She isn't very romantic or flirty, and has virtually no interest in finding a boyfriend or romantic partner until she's at least eighteen with a decent job. She tries not to be altruistic, but she can end up doing it sometimes. She also is very sympathetic, but tries not to let people see.

History:

Born in a small hospital in district 6, she lived the first year of her life uneventful, surrounded by small model airplanes and hovercrafts, and random machinery books. Her cradle was made like a cockpit of an old airplane, and she flew frequently with her father on his jobs. Her mother was in a Porter school near the end of her first year, but made sure to spend a lot of time with her when she was at home. Often her father would read mechanics books to her. She also was very spoiled by her parents.

In between two and four she was introduced to tools and puzzles. Her oldest brother was born around this time, and her mother graduated from the university she was going to. Those were the only events at that time. In between ages six and eight her other brothers were born. She also started to help out her dad a little in the workplace. Education for her was important to her parents, as with most citizens of District 6, so during this time, age four and on, she went to school, of course.

At age 11 she started to actually help out with her father in his workshop, and she realized her love of mechanics. Most of her time was spent either at school or making some small invention, uninvented or already invented. She frequented the small food shops on the occasion she wasn't working or learning, and loved the quiet atmosphere in a few of them. By age 13 she was pretty much helping her dad on most of his projects. Then you get to now.

Over all, her life was decently uneventful. And so, we come to her History's conclusion.

-Her family consists of her Mother, Ethel Landfall, her Father, Charles Landfall, and her three younger brothers, Levy, age 13, Freighter, age 9, and Pipe, age 7.
-Her family is Middle Class, just making enough to scrape by with a little left over for luxuries.
