History, Personality, and appearance: Tyler Vencill is what you would call ordinary, but in a good way. He wasn't perfect but he was far away from unattractive. He was himself. His ashy red hair was always styled into a modern 21st century updo. He had sea green blue green eyes that sparkled whenever he glistened through the sun. Everyone told him that his teeth were "perfect" but he didn't see what was so extraordinary about them.

His dark, pale skin had maybe a tiny pimple or two, and some freckles but he happened to think that freckles were cute and pimples eventually go away. Also, whenever Tyler smiled, he noticed that his right eye was smaller. This never really bothered him, I mean it was just a little slint, but Tyler always seemed to be smiling. 

He was always smiling because he never really had anything to be sad about. I mean he had a beautiful average home located on a beautiful, sandy beach located in district four. It was a fan suburban beach home located in the middle to high class section of district four. His parents never abused or hit him and neither did anyone at school. He was what you would call perfectly imperfect. He wasn't the most popular, but he wasn't just "average". He definitely stood out, just not as much as others.

Tyler has a lot of respect for everyone and treated them like a queen regardless of age, gender, or race. As long as they respected him in return. He's just a down to earth type of person. If he were to be in the games, he would kill and then regret it afterwards.

When it came to Knowledge, Tyler wasn't horrible with it, but he wasn't perfect with it either. In this case he is definitely has more common sense than book smarts. I mean he just didn't understand why he was learning about how to square a number when he should be learning how to buy a house, or how to survive in the wilderness. Maybe even be learning the difference between nightlock and blueberries. The training center taught a little bit about that but it was only a station or two.

Tyler's Physical strength however is semi advanced for his age. I mean he wasn't some body builder, but he also wasn't like a bone and skin child from district 12. His accuracy with a bow however are overly accurate. Every time he shot, he either landed in or towards the middle. I know it's very rare for a 13 year old to be perfect at archery but he might have been training before he was at the legal age. Not that he noticed he had been training, he had just seen previous games as a child and made a child like bow and arrow which he shot towards walls in his house.
