Appearance: He almost always wears a mask, but underneath the mask, he has very young features, ash blonde hair, and almost piercing hazel eyes. His skin is fair, and his smile is quite quaint, yet somewhat unsettling. If there was a word to describe both him and his brother's appearance, it would probably be doll-like.

Personality: He's very secretive and quite a bit less emotional than his brother, but he keeps a good balance of both mental and physical wellness, his main goal to live as along as humanly possible. This would require that his father treat him right, and him nor his brother get reaped for the games. He's nearly almost always attached at the hip to his sibling and it's extremely odd how close they are to each other, in the most innocent way.

History: When they were fourteen, his mother died due to illness Ever since, his father has acted weird and seemed to just care less about the two of them, let alone himself. They've mostly raised themselves since, and haven't touched a single weight in the meantime, a large belief settled within them that nobody would ever let such a cute pair of brothers be separated like that. After all, how could they do that to such poor children who have lost their mom, and might as well have lost their dad, too?
