It wasn't entirely difficult for Elliot to leave District Three. His family was eager for him to move up in the ranks, to do well for himself. They weren't bad people at all, they cared for him, so not wanting to disappoint he did as he was told, he shined, until they were satisfied and gave him a good job. And he liked it, he was good at using computers, at hacking into areas and sealing away files until there was no trace of them left on the internet. After achieving scores that had never been recorded for he had been shipped to the Capitol, moved to train as a Peacekeeper and then finally stationed in District Six as the 'go to' man for all your computer problems. It hadn't taken long for a certain young man to walk into his life, at that point, wanting nothing more then to prove himself he fell to his charms. The wiry, young Peacekeeper with his messy crop of brown hair and dark warm eyes had always been weak for attention. He wasn't popular with the boys, so it was for that reason that he was easily taken advantage of, but he wasn't easy to fix. Sometimes he wished he could fix heart break like he could use a computer, put in some code and it was better. But he was stubborn, a defiant boy battling a tide of emotions as he fell for that playboy Capitolite. He just hoped that it was worth it.
