-Friendly guy to everyone
-A very protective parent to all of his kids, even the adopted ones
-Talkative and can tell stories for hours on end
-A bit of a workaholic, but makes time for his kids
-Very nice to everyone and tries his best to stay nice even around mean people
-Optimistic man who thinks in a positive way about almost everything
-Lovable to all of his family
-Work stresses him out sometimes and he gets in a mood where he tends to yell at everyone around him

History:

-His mother and father were very strict about what you can and can't do
-Once he passed the reaping age, he went on to work in the mines as a young adult
-Eventually Jaime got pretty rich from climbing the ladder of business and eventually had a few kids with the woman of his dreams
-But that wasn't enough for his dear old mom, she told Jaime to adopt some more kids
-As a father, he tries to make as much time as possible to spend with his kids
-When the 65th games came around, he was rather scare that his kids could be reaped since they were so young, but they survived through it
-Jaime tries his best to be a very kind and great father, but some days he thinks he's doing an awful job at it
