She was dead before I was born. They took a knife to her, mutilated everything that she once was to save me. A child trapped within rotting flesh. And she was dead. There was no motherly light in her eyes, there was nothing but a cold dead gaze and where I am told every mother should hold their baby I was met with nothing. I was a murderer removed from its victim. A tumor and a leech.

It's cold. The place I grew up was filled with blood staining the tiles and tears staining cheeks. Kill or be killed. Hurt or be hurt. It was the foundation upon which I grew, taking in every bitter breath to spite those who thought me too small... too weak. 

I showed them. 

I sold my soul to the devil, sure.

But I showed them.
