hello. my name is cougar burke and i'm from the sixth district of panem.
i've been in this shithole for 18 years of my life.
i'm tall, and im pretty toned from doing a lot of aerial yoga. my legs are long and slender. they're a pretty big selling point. there are some people who think blondes have more fun, but this brunette would be inclined to say otherwise. my mouth is a bit bigger than proportionate with my face, but that comes in handy.
for most of my life i lived with my parents, following the rules and living a fairly boring life. it wasn't until my 17th birthday that i finally came alive.
my friends eric and jeanette decided to take me out to one of the dance clubs in the slums, thinking getting me out of my comfort zone would be a good thing for me. little did they know that it would be the exact opposite. i lost my friends on the dance floor and a man named harvey mudd found me and put his coat around my shoulders. he bought me a drink, and that's the last thing i remember until i woke up in his room as he was handed a wad of money by an older gentleman who was grinning wildly at me and zipping up his pants.
for the next few weeks harvey kept me there, sedating me and selling my services, until finally i was so apathetic to the whole thing that sedation wasn't necessary. besides, splitting the profits was a better deal for me and it saved me from being drugged to near-death over and over. eventually he trusted me enough to allow me to go home and do my dealings on my own time.
when i turned 18 i moved in with him. had my own room and everything, and a separate room for business. we have two dogs.
