There's a storm on the horizon. The sky is painted with tones of red and grey, and the wind bites at you like a feral wolf with a thirst for blood -- not that you've ever seen one; but you've heard stories about them, and you like to think they're pretty similar to the scavenging dogs near the docks, and you're sure they don't actually drink blood, but when an animal gets hungry it needs something to sustain itself with, so you guess that-- WHOA! You duck, barely missing the slash of Captain Jasper Finch's sabre during your distraction of thoughts. You laugh at yourself, running a hand through your crimson waves, and you smirk at the boy across from you. "Nice 'ne, mate!" you call over the churning of the waves that rock the young man's boat, and you outstretch your own sabre. "Hate to be a shitty guest, Cap'n, but you've got a few things I want." You dart forward with your blade, aiming to hinder -- not to maim.

Jasper's a brute of a lad, a legend to both sailors and sinners alike, but you don't shy away from challenging him; where he is a captain of justice and stands for his people, you are selfish and greedy like the pirates of old -- you serve your family only; though in truth, it's more or less the other way around. "Nice ship ya got here, by the way," you go on, always one for making conversation in serious moments of conflict. "I like yer trousers, too, pretty boy." You flick your sabre at the belt of his britches, watching as it snaps and his pants fall to the ground.

"Oops! My mistake, mate -- love the knickers, though."

It was honestly disgraceful that his ship was under attack from another band of Pirates. Being attacked by your own kind was a terrible injustice, but when it was Ophelia Sparrow herself, the irony was like salt water to a wound. It was rather poetic, watching her dash under his strikes, their dance as deadly as their crews. Although he abstained from killing as much as he good, his golden compass of morals his guide, he doubted that the girl with the crimson curls and devious eyes was anything like him. However, he was a man, a gentleman at that, and if it had of been anyone other then this clipped scoundrel he'd have refrained from even attacking the lass, but as it Was Ophelia was notorious for her selfishness, and her greed, and regardless of who it was he would never let his companions be harmed.

Dancing under her latest strike, he stepped backwards, feet moving to the rhythm and sway of the ship. He'd been born to stand on these decks, and with the sword in his hand he felt at home. Grunting, and refusing to take her the bait as she jibbed him, he focused on his movements, refraining from scolding her, however, he couldn't stop her blade as it swung low, and he froze, eyes widening in shock, as he felt the cool breeze caress his bare legs.

Mortified at his current situation he stumbled backwards, legs catching on his new dropped pants as he slipped onto his bottom. Groaning he clenched his fist tightly around the hilt of his sword, turning his burning gaze to the giggling child. "Have you no sense of decency?" He growled, glaring daggers at the captain. "What do you even want that's on my ship, that you wouldn't already have?"
