Welcome to the third and final event of the Ms/Mr Capitol Pageant!
Have your notecards ready because it is the Speech portion of the contest.
In this event, every contestant will take the stage to have a short speech about Panem and its great districts and our dear leader President Snow. Contestants will be rated on their patriotism, grammar, and their ability to keep listeners interested.
There is no posting order. You have until 11:59pm EST January 5th to post your speech. If you have any questions message either sbeeg or анзие (Anz) .
