District Cup 2016

Following the success the Ratmas Houses event during Ratmas 2015, I am pleased to present a year-round friendly competition in a similar vein: The Inaugural District Cup!


What is the District Cup?

The District Cup is a great way to work as a team to earn prizes throughout the year. You can earn points by doing things that you normally do (such as nominating and voting for OTMs) or by participating in other activities. A list of activities for each month will be kept on this thread and updated as the activity is announced.


What's in it for me?

Fame! Glory! Prizes! At the end of each month, the District that's accrued the most points will be recognized as the District of the Month, and each of the district's citizens will get to pick from a cornucopia of fabulous prizes. You know the ones. Individual citizens can also exchange personal points for unique forum prizes.


What district am I in?
You must have made 25 posts on the forum in order to be placed into a district, in order to ensure some level of activity. When you've made 25 posts, your district will be determined by your responses to The District Cup Sorting Quiz.

Additionally, it is extremely helpful for you to join the District Cup Slack Channel, as a lot of the District Cup related information will be distributed there. Once you've been sorted into your District, you'll be added to your District channel on Slack, as well. If you haven't joined the site Slack room, more information about that is found on this thread.
