Under most circumstances, one might mistake you for just another ordinary Capitolite, having grown spoiled and soft on the extravagant lifestyle commonly found in the Capitol.
But you have known true hardship, and any potential rival or otherwise ignorant person soon discovers that there is much more to you than meets the eye.
Your early childhood was, surprisingly, not an easy one. Orphaned at a young age, you never really knew your parents before they were tragically killed in an "accident", the details of which you have never fully learned. All you remember is that one day, they left, leaving you in the care of an Avox, and the next thing you knew you were being dropped off at an orphanage by a pair of Peacekeepers.
You lived there for about six months, before one day a pair of gaudily dressed strangers appeared. And much like when the Peacekeepers had taken you from your home, you were quickly uprooted from familiar surroundings and placed in a new and unfamiliar environment.
You were five years old when you officially became a Chrysolite.
The next year of your life was a blur. You don't remember much aside from flashing lights, fancy cloths, gatherings with lots of people, and coddling from these two strangers. What you do remember is how much you loved the attention, the social interaction, meeting each and every strange-looking person. Your gregariousness was often praised by many, and it is a trait you carry to this day, even after the parties and attention abruptly stopped.
As you grew older, you learned more about just what kind of family you had been adopted into. The Chrysolites were publicity hounds, consistently attempting to stay in the spotlight by adopting some down-on-their-luck kid from a different orphanage each year, attempting to portray themselves as kind, loving, caring individuals to the media. In reality, after the first year they largely ignored the kids they adopted, leaving them to instead be raised by a small army of Avoxes for the remainder of their childhood.
Despite this, your later childhood was mostly comfortable, and was a definite improvement over the crowded, bland conditions of the orphanage. Although you felt no love towards your parents, you grew to have an unusually strong connection with several of your Avox caretakers, and as a result grew up to see them as equals, not servants.
As a result, even with an upbringing in a rich family, you learned to be surprisingly humble for a Capitolite. Whereas most upper-class citizens usually preferred to flaunt their wealth and status, you were almost the opposite, preferring to downplay the fact that you were one of the many rescuees of the Chrysolites. Your frequent habits of treating Avoxes and lower class citizens like equals has earned you the disdain of many a person, but you simply shrug off the judging glares and trudge along.
Even with the loving care bestowed upon you by your caretakers, by the time you were eighteen you were dying to escape the confines of your adoptive parents and many adoptive siblings. Taking the first chance you got, you flitted between odd jobs here and there, eventually ending up as an assistant to a minor Gamemaker, your current profession.
With a cool, levelheaded approach to nearly any situation, you were almost a natural for the position. Even though you had virtually no influence on the Games itself, your ability to remain cool under pressure was a virtue praised and cherished by both your boss and fellow assistants alike. It was a skill tempered by years of having to deal with annoying younger siblings and older siblings alike, and one that has served you well outside of the office as well.
At thirty years old, you have aged rather gracefully. Your brown hair is dyed a natural blond shade every other month, and with a touch of cosmetics and the right clothes you could pass for someone still in their early twenties. Soft lips and a smooth jawline add to the image, complete with a set of piercing brown eyes, the gaze of which feels like they're staring right into your soul.
Though in your mind you could stand to lose a few pounds, you are a relatively healthy individual. Standing at an impressive six feet tall, you are an imposing sight to most bystanders. Though your body might display some of the damage received from the Capitol cuisine, you are more on the fit side overall. One of your favorite pastimes is displaying feats of athleticism and otherwise shocking the ignorant.
Right now, you are nothing in the grand scheme of things, just an ordinary person going about their business. But with time, dedication, and a little bit of luck, who knows?
Maybe the girl who once had no name could become the most famous of a family blessed, and occasionally cursed, by the limelight.
