VII. Combat J. 3. Items in inventories must adhere to these stacking guidelines:
a. The following items may be stacked in tribute inventory:
- Thrown weapons which are available in the arena (such as a pack of throwing knives or a quiver of arrows,) may be stacked up to 10 in a single slot. Any more will need to be held in their own slot.
-- If thrown weapons of the same type are not accessible in the arena, weapons may NOT be stacked. (ie if there are no throwing knives available in the arena, tributes are not allowed to stack more than 1 regular knife in a single inventory slot. Tributes may still collect knives in this instance and throw them when attacking, but each knife will require its own slot in the tribute's inventory.)
- Plants may be stacked up to 6 per inventory slot, but must be sorted by category. Each category requires its own inventory slot. (ie 'med plants x3' is acceptable, 'plants x3' is not)
- Bandages may be stacked up to 30ft, either in a medkit or in an inventory slot by themselves
- Trappable food may be stacked based on portion produced (small game = 1 serving, large game = 3 servings) and no more per inventory slot
- Rope may be stacked up to 30ft in a single inventory slot
- Iodine tablets may be stacked up to 5 in a single slot
b. The following are examples of items must always require their own inventory slot and may not under any circumstance be stacked:
- Armor
- Melee weapons
- Firewood
- 'Special' or 'Arena Specific' items cannot be stacked unless explicitly stated otherwise by the GMs of that particular games and/or the admin team.
- Weapon buffs such as but not limited to jars of tar, or other modifier add-ons which take up an inventory slot may not EVER be stacked
- Needle/Thread: only 1 needle and thread (2 uses) may be kept in a single inventory slot, with or without a medkit. Additional needles and thread will require additional inventory slots
- Bags and other holding containers cannot be stacked, and owning more than one bag will not allow a tribute to have double the inventory
- Canteens / Water containers may not be stacked, and may each only hold 1 portion of water at a time each
- Flint, matches, or other provided firestarters may not be stacked further than how they are received in the arena (ie if you find matches x3, you cannot add another in the same slot to make matches x6)
- Different JFF Items (ie if you want your character to have a teddy bear and some pliers from the bloodbath you may, but they each must take up a separate inventory slot)
VII. Combat B. Fighting 4.
c. Fiery Fists: tributes may light their fists on fire but they take equal fire damage to what they deal.
VII. Combat D. Judging of Fights.
10. 1v1v1 Rules:
- Each tribute in 1v1v1 will attack both other tributes in every post.
- Use of fire/tar/poison/other add-ons are permitted in 1v1v1's. One portion of the fire/tar/poison will cover the entire attacking post (e.g. both opponents).
- Tar caveat: once a tribute rolls an extinguished, their tar will be extinguished for all attacks moving forward, including on other targets, but any damage dealt in the round where the extinguish occurs will still be dealt. (e.x. if Kay's fire extinguishes on Cole/severely burns Mattio in the same round, Mattio will still take the damage but moving forward, Kay's tar will be extinguished for both her attack on Mattio AND her attack on Cole.)
- Attacks should be made in order of initiative in the fight ONLY. Furthermore, tributes should under NO circumstances change the order in which they are attacking unless a previous target in the fight is now dead.
- Starting Damage discrepancies can be slightly wider than in other mandates, as attacks against all tributes are mandatory in 1v1v1's and there are no specific targets, but discrepancies between tributes in a single fight should still never be any greater than a deep gash's worth of damage at the start of the fight if possible.
- Ranged Weapons in 1v1v1s: ranged weapons are counted once per attack (not once per post) in 1v1v1s.
