PRE-GAMES
I. Tesserae
A. Sign ups for tesserae will be held prior to the Reaping.
B. Each tessera costs $150. You must already have the money in your account.
C. You may buy a maximum of three tesserae for each of your characters.
D. Buying a tessera does not guarantee you a spot in the Games. It merely improves odds of being reaped.
E. Members may only buy tessera for their own characters.
II. The Reaping
A. Tributes will be selected by a random generator. Older tributes and tributes with tesserae will have a greater chance of being reaped.
B. You will have approximately four days to post in the reaping. If you do not respond to the reaping thread and you are selected, you will be marked as inactive and a volunteer tribute will be selected.
C. If your character is chosen, you may choose to enter the games, volunteer another eligible character of your own in the exact same slot, or step down and allow someone to volunteer.1. If you choose to 'swap' by volunteering another character of your own, that character must have been in the reaping check.
2. You must also two posts: one with the originally reaped tribute, and one with the volunteering tribute.
D. Volunteering is a first come, first serve system. Once someone steps down to allow volunteering and a staff member verifies, the first person to post accepting it will be given the spot.
E. Please do not post offering to volunteer before the selected tribute(s) get the chance to post. Do not post offering to volunteer unless the tribute indicates that they are possibly interested in being replaced.
F. Bullying, pressuring, bribing, or blackmailing a selected tribute in order to get them to step down and let a volunteer take their place will absolutely not be tolerated. Any instances of this will result in a one week ban from the site, as well as an automatic disqualification for any of the member’s characters for the next two Hunger Games.
G. Members need at least two paragraphs of decent length to volunteer. This is a roleplaying site, and we expect a post of some quality.
H. If you step down from your place as a tribute in one district, you are not allowed to volunteer in another. However, if you have multiple characters in one district, it is acceptable to have one take the place of another.
I. Members who have been in the past two consecutive Games must wait 24 hours before volunteering.
J. People who have threaded with the tribute who stepped down or did not post will be given preference during volunteering if they post within the first three hours after volunteering opens.1. For example: The characters Charlie and Dennis have had at least one thread together in the past. Charlie is reaped, but steps down. When volunteering opens, Frank posts to volunteer first, and Dennis posts to volunteer an hour or so later. Since Dennis and Charlie have threaded, Dennis gets the volunteer tribute slot instead of Frank, even though he posted later.
2. How it works:a. Volunteering will be posted as normal
b. If you are volunteering and your character HAS NOT threaded with the character who stepped down, post your volunteering post as normal
c. If you are volunteering and your character HAS threaded with the character who stepped down, post your volunteering post with an OOC note that states they've threaded before and includes a link to the thread.
d. Precedence no longer applies outside of the three-hour window.
e. The thread between the character stepping-down and the character volunteering must have taken place before the reaping/activity check closed.
f. This will also apply to characters who have threaded with the opposite tribute, provided he/she is still going into the arena.
K. After you have accepted your spot, you will receive a Welcome to the Games PM from a GM or Moderator. Please read it in its entirety as it will have key information for your Games.
III. District Tokens
A. To prevent confusion, your district tokens should serve as your avatars, if you wish to have one.
B. If necessary, you may send a picture of your token to a staff member and it will be edited and sent back to you.
C. District Tokens may not be weapons or other implements that could be used as weapons, and may give the tribute no advantages over other the tributes.
IV. Training, Training Stations, and Training Scores
A. The training center will be open for one to two weeks to roleplay, which may involve making enemies and alliances, if so desired.
B. During this week, tributes must PM both their training station selections and their private sessions to the Head Gamemaker.
C. Private sessions are simply a single in-character roleplay post in which the tribute displays their skills for the Gamemakers.
D. Tributes may not physically interact with the Gamemakers in their PTS. The Gamemakers perch is impregnable; if you have any doubt as to what this means, please PM your Gamemakers in advance of submitting your PTS. Additionally, you may not godmode other played characters during your PTS, unless you have explicit permission. This includes the Gamemakers themselves.
E. Tributes will receive a training score from 1 to 12 based on how well they did in their private session.
F. The tributes with the top three scores will each be awarded $500 in sponsor money.
G. Training Stations1. Tributes may take a maximum of three training stations, which will give them different abilities in the Arena. Please review The Games Addendum for further information.
2. You must send your three choices of training station to the Head Gamemaker(s) before you send your private session.
3. If there is a legitimate and logical reason for your character to have certain abilities (e.g. experience trapping) without taking the station, you may apply for a station "exemption" when you PM your training stations.a. The staff member will reply with your accepted and/or denied abilities. If some abilities are denied, you may revise your stations list, as long as it is re-sent before your private session.
b. No combat stations may be exempt.
c. A maximum of one exemption will be allowed per tribute.
4. Characters who are identified as 'Career' in their bios, who also currently dwell in Districts 1, 2, or 4, may exempt another station.
5. As of the 79th Games, Stealth, First Aid and Accuracy are now an automatically granted station for all tributes.
V. Interviews
A. You may post your tribute interview on the designated thread as soon as you have submitted your private training session and received a score.
B. Interviews are optional, but strongly recommended.
C. You may post your interview in a question-answer format or actually RP the interview.
VI. Alliances
A. Alliances should be declared on the designated thread at the beginning of the Games, as well as each time the alliance is updated (member joins, member leaves.) Alliances do not have to be declared as updated when a member dies.
B. Alliance members will not be mandated to fight one another until the alliance splits or until only eight tributes remain in the Arena. If needed, alliances may break earlier at GM discretion.
C. Alliances may consist of no more than four tributes.
D. Due to the nature of the Games, alliances are not permanent.
E. If a tribute is mandated to fight, they may not add to their alliance until after the fight. Any additions to alliances will take effect the next day.
THE GAMES - TRIBUTES
VII. Combat
A. Mandated Fights.1. A certain number of fights will be mandated daily by the Gamemakers, based on location.
2. In a mandated fight, only members already in an alliance with the tribute(s) designated to fight may participate.
3. If a thread is created for a mandated fight, but no fighting starts, the tributes who do not post will be killed. If no thread is even created to fight, both parties will be killed.
a. Fights not completed in one Games Day may carry on to the next, without end-of-day healing in between.
4. Mandated fights must end in at least one death.
5. In mandated fights, a tribute may only be attacked twice per round. Likewise, a mutt may only be attacked twice per round.a. A "round" begins with the first tribute to post, and ends with the last tribute to post, before the cycle restarts itself
b. This rule still stands even after all mandated deaths have occurred.
6. Once the required amount of death has occurred, any other tributes that are able to access the fight may jump into the fight.
7. Posting order will now be established in the following manner:As part of tribute maintenance, each tribute will also be required to roll a [*dice=100] which will be used to determine posting order in fights the next day. The highest number (closest to 100) goes first, followed by the second highest, etc. In the event of a tie (e.g. two tributes in the same fight roll the same number) the tied tributes will roll a [*dice=20] to determine which of the two will go before the other.
1. Posting Order (decided via initiative) should always be in effect outside of the Bloodbath. Possibly also Feasts could feature Initiative, although this is up to the discretion of the GMs.
8. Tributes with broken or missing legs, feet, knees, etcetera may not flee without assistance. Severed limbs count for all fights; broken limbs count for fights on the same day. That is, a tribute with their foot broken on Day 2 could flee on Day 3, but a tribute with their foot severed on Day 2 couldn't flee on Day 3 or any of the subsequent days.a. If a tribute with a severed or broken leg wishes to flee, they may flee with three fleeing posts or may be carried out by an ally.
b. If the injured tribute elects to have an ally assist, when BOTH the injured tribute and their ally have posted, the person with the broken/severed leg is considered fled.
9. If you post out of the established turn order, your post will not count (e.g. no damage will count). You must then post in the correct order for an attack to be valid.
B. Fighting1. Tributes are allowed NO MORE THAN three filler attack posts per fight. Filler attacks after the third attack will not be counted as an attack. A filler post is one that does not contain any RPing and/or does not meet the site requirement for a post (one good-length paragraph.)
2. The box that appears is a number, corresponding to the wound inflicted on the opponent. You will need to refer to the Table of Injuries thread or the Attack Lookup sidebox to see what injury and what damage was inflicted.
3. In each post during a fight (mandated or otherwise), you may attack with a weapon + a combat add-on OR roll for something else, but not both. It is easiest to think of this system as Primary Actions and Secondary Action, as follows:
a. One Primary Action per post1. Attacking someone
2. Trapping them
3. Flee
a. Secondary Action - Flees or Non-Fight Posts1. Eating
2. Drinking
3. Healing
4. Trapping for non-combat mutts (for food or Words)
4. Combat add-ons are now in effect.a. A fire weapon may be made with matches/flint/firemaking station. A jar of tar is also required. The weapon can only be lit in an intro post. The dice roll results can be found here.1. For ranged weapons, only 4 weapons may be lit on fire. These count for 4 rolls total, not 4 extinguished rolls. Each fire roll on a ranged weapon automatically extinguishes at the end of its attack.
2. Even if the final registered roll is not extinguished, the weapon will no longer provide light and can no longer be used for fire attacks.
b. Brass Knuckles are a combat add-on that essentially functions as the Hand-to-Hand combat training station would. When a tribute with brass knuckles rolls an unarmed attack of 6 or greater damage, an additional +1 damage is added to the attack. Brass knuckles may be coated with flammable tar and lit on fire.
5. Armor:a. At the GM’s discretion, armor will be available in the arena and for purchase.
b. You cannot combine armor to create super armor, e. g. you cannot add Shin Guards (+1) to Shin Guards (+3) to make Shin Guards (+4)
c. Armor will be stored in the engine/Hero, which will be the final say in what each piece of armor protects. For a manual reference, please refer to ripred.net/engine/rolls.php
d. If you take Improv Weapons, you are eligible to create armor, whether or not armor is available in a given arena by alternate means (sponsorship, random events, etc). The exact specifics of the improvised armor need to be discussed with your Gamemakers.
6. In non-mandated fights, a tribute can only be attacked six times between their own posts. Some rare exceptions may occur in giant Mutt fights.a. Posting order is established in non-mandated fights when there are more than 8 tributes present.
7. If a tribute has multiple weapons in their inventory prior to or during the course of a fight, they may switch during the fight. However, tributes may not switch weapons WITHIN a post, even if an additional attack rolls is made (such as using the Accuracy station).
8. If a tribute is attacked by his or her allies, that tribute can only flee by successful dice roll or by killing the attacker(s). The dice roll is determined by the number of allies the tribute is being attacked by. The more attackers there are, the smaller the chance of successfully fleeing.
9. Tributes may elect to “skip” a combat turn by not attacking (except during the Bloodbath). However, if this grinds the fight to a halt, consequences will occur.
10. Any tribute attempting to stall in any fight will face serious consequences determined by a Gamemaker. Stalling is defined as: deliberately delaying your post in a fight for an extended period of time for any reason, commonly to ensure your tribute’s survival or the death of another.
11. Tributes may not attack in their fleeing posts.
C. Fleeing Mutt Fights1. Tributes may not flee a mutt fight unless they successfully roll the dice after one mutt is killed, and this is done on an individual basis. The dice roll is based on the number of mutts and the number of tributes in the current fight. If there are the same amount or more mutts than there are tributes when it's time for any given person to flee, then the dice will have to be rolled in order to flee successfully. The dice are determined by two things:a. Dice number = 1 + the number of mutts currently alive in the fight
b. The number that each tribute would have to roll to flee is dependent on how many tributes are left in the fight. This number = the number of tributes left or lower.
2. Take, for example, a fight in which one mutt is left alive with three tributes:a. The first person to flee would not have to roll the dice, because there's just one mutt left. 1 + 1 mutt = dice=2, but because there are three (including themselves) in the fight, the dice aren't needed, because they would have to roll a 3 or lower, and that's guaranteed.
b. The second person to flee would also not have to roll the dice, as they would roll dice=2 and would have to roll a 2 or lower (which is guaranteed) because there's still two tributes left in the fight.
c. The last tribute to flee, however, would have to roll dice=2, and would have to roll a 1 in order to flee. This is because there's only one person (themselves) left. They will have to keep rolling the dice until they are successful, and the mutt will keep attacking until they are fled.
3. Mutt Flee Calculator can be found here.
D. Judging of Fights.1. Each tribute has a maximum damage score of 40.
2. A tribute whose damage score is greater than or equal to 40 at any point is considered dead. However, their death does not have to be an instant process. It may take time, but must happen by the end of the Games Day. The tribute who put the deceased over 40 damage may deliver an additional killing blow if desired.
3. In addition to damage sustained from attacks made directly against them, a given tribute can receive additional damage at a delayed rate from attacks that deal more that 5.5 damage. This is called Turn Delay (TD) damage.
4. TD is an additional 1 damage added on the 3rd, 5th, 7th, ... turn after an attack that does more than 5.5 damage is rolled.
5. In a mandated fight, one death is required unless otherwise specified by the Gamemakers.
6. Any body part that is counted as severed (ie: “Severed Left Forearm at elbow”) and then severed again, or a part that no longer exists is severed, the damage still counts but there is no additional consequence.
7. If a fight does not end by the end of the Games Day, the Gamemakers can opt it can be judged as-is, and the tribute with the most damage will be killed, as long as all sides are reasonably active.
8. Intentionally stalling a fight will not be tolerated.
9. If a fight does not end by the end of the Games Day, the Gamemakers can opt for it to be judged as-is.
E. The Bloodbath1. ALL tributes must make an introduction post at the Bloodbath within the designated time period.
2. Bloodbath Items List will be randomly generated for each tribute and posted before the Games.
3. Stations are not valid during the Bloodbath, except First Aid upon fleeing. This means self defense, blades, etc. will take effect after the tribute has left the bloodbath.
4. Tributes who have not made their introductory posts cannot be attacked in the Bloodbath.
5. Filler posts are completely, positively, 100% prohibited in the Bloodbath. All posts must adhere to site standards.
6. Tributes must wait for at least three other people to post in between their own posts. If a tribute is in an alliance of four, they must wait for one person outside of their alliance to post before they can continue.
7. The number of items tributes receive is dependent on how much fighting they participate in, as per the below chart (for this particular Hunger Games):1 - weapon
2 - bag
3 - item
4 - item
5 - item
6 - item
7 - item
8 - item
9 - item
8. A tribute may carry up to 5 items without a bag and 15 items with a bag.
9. The only way to be removed from either the Bloodbath is by voluntarily fleeing or by being killed.a. Every post in the Bloodbath or a Feast must be either an intro, an attack or a flee.
b. When fleeing the Bloodbath, tributes may ONLY use F/A -3. No other abilities, trap creation, etc. may occur.
10. Once they've fled, a tribute cannot re-enter the Bloodbath.
11. In order to be eligible for The Wealth, a tribute must be one of the first 18 to post in the Bloodbath. Tributes 19 through 24 cannot receive the wealth on their own.
F. Day One1. All tributes are required to post outside of the Bloodbath on Day 1.
2. A tribute may not flee permanently for Day 1 until at least four attacks have been made in a thread with the tribute present. This 4 attack minimum will apply to all combat threads, mutt or tribute.
3. Tributes may only be in one active combat thread at a time.
4. Tributes may move between the Cornucopia and adjacent areas at their leisure.
5. You must have posted Day 1 in an area adjacent to the area you are moving into Day 2.
G. Feasts1. A GM will begin the Feast. Included in the introduction will be a list of items available. They may be disguised (e.g. 9 bags, or 8 boxes) but do not have to be.
2. Feasts require an introductory non-attacking post. ALL tributes must post an introduction before the fighting can commence.
3. In order to receive items at the Feast, a tribute must make a certain number of attacks, to be announced on the Feast thread.
4. Like in the Bloodbath, tributes must wait for at least three other people to post in between their own posts. If a tribute is in an alliance of four, they must wait for one person outside of their alliance to post before they can continue.
5. After obtaining an item, the tribute must make a certain number of posts before they can exit the Feast. If the tribute has claimed an item, they need 3 posts to flee. If they have not, they need 1 post to flee.
6. During a Feast, if a tribute with an item is attacked immediately before they would have left with their item, they must either drop the item and run or continue to attack.
H. Healing1. At the end of each Games Day, when each Anthem is posted, the tributes' damage scores are reduced by 1/2.
2. First Aid Training may be redeemed for additional healing bonuses as follows:a. First Aid: -3
b. N/T: 2.5 without first aid; 5 with first aid
c. Bandages: 0.5 without first aid; 1 with first aid
d. Medicinal Plants: 1 without first aid; 2 with first aid
3. The First Aid station will only apply in non-mandated fights consisting of four attacks minimum. The station is always eligible for mandated fights.
4. Healing items or training stations may not be redeemed for damage score reductions in introductory posts to fights.
5. Needle and thread can only be received once per day; all other medicinal items may be used once per fight as follows:i. First Aid: 1x per fight
ii. N/T: 1x per day
iii. Bandages: 1x per fight
iv. Med. Plants: 1x per fight
6. If a tribute has taken the Plants Station, they may gather three bundles of plants total per day. This bundle can be a mix of edible and medicinal plants.
7. Prior to the Top 8, a tribute can opt to receive a 2x healing rate (i.e. will have their damage divided by 4 rather than by 2 at the end of the day) one time per Games, with the condition that the tribute must stay in the same area that they were the previous day and that they will not be permitted to flee from any fights for the duration of the day. The 2x healing rate will apply even if a tribute is moved by the Gamemakers.
8. Leisure Time: Starting on Day 2, tributes who post in threads outside of their mandated fights on a given day will find themselves feeling relaxed and refreshed. They will heal -3 damage overnight (pre-anthem).
I. Poison1. Poison will no longer outrightly kill a tribute. Rather, it will inflict an increasing amount of damage each day, starting from a fixed 5 damage on the first day, plus adding an additional [*dice=4] to the amount of damage done on each subsequent day.For example:
- Day 1 of poison: +5 damage
- Day 2 of poison: (tribute rolls a 3) +8 damage
- Day 3 of poison: (tribute rolls a 1) +9 damage
2. Antivenom will halt the damage.
J. Claiming Items1. The inventories of tributes will be kept up to date on ripred.net by the Gamemakers.
2. No claiming needs to happen mid-fight.a. Any items claimed during the course of battle, either by Random Event or by the slaying of a fellow tribute, will be valid.
b. If you kill someone who has already gotten a kill, you get their items and whatever items they got from their first kill.
VIII. Activity
A. You must post at least once with your tribute on each Games day to be considered active.
B. Posts must adhere to the site's "one good-length paragraph" standard to be considered active for the Games Day. Filler posts will not be counted as activity.
C. All days are mandatory unless specified or a specific tribute receives permission from staff due to vacations, illness, etc.
D. Another member may be a “Tribute-sitter” for owners of tributes who are away and unable to post, particularly in the cases of tributes who must take part in fights.1. You can only have a tribsitter for less than 2 weeks at a time; you must post from your main account and update the thread checking in. If it’s more than two weeks, you need to clear it with the GMs and your tribute risks death.
2. An opponent from the same Games (active or dead) may not trib sit.
3. A tribsitter can only sit for multiple tributes if they are allied.
4. For the finale, if a tribute's writer is gone, s/he may choose a tribute sitter. However, this writer cannot also have a tribute in the Finale, regardless of previous alliances.
5. A tribsitter shall not only adhere to the Games rules but also will treat the tribute as though they are their own. Any shenanigans as a tribute sitter can not only get you banned from tribsitting, but also from being a tribute in a future Games.
E. If your tribute is in a mandated fight and you do not post, your tribute will automatically lose the fight and will be killed.
F. Staff reserves the right to declare a tribute inactive if their inability to post consistently or effectively is interfering with the Games.
G. All tributes must post outside of the Bloodbath during Day 1 at least once.
IX. Muttations/Animals
A. Capitol muttations will be present in the arena.
B. Some muttations will be included in battles/surprise events that affect your tribute.
C. Taming of animals is ONLY acceptable if it has been cleared by the Gamemakers.
D. Tributes should refer to the muttation directory thread for a list of muttations, their descriptions, locations, and the etc.
X. Random Events
A. Random events have all been determined prior to the start of the Hunger Games and will not be edited after the Games open. New Random Events may be developed to affect the entire arena, but only as a last resort.
B. When the events triggering a Random Event come to pass, the Random Event Thread will be moved to a subboard in Hunger Games Information and the owners of the tributes it affects will be notified.
C. A reply will be made to each active Random Event by the Gamemaker specifying whom it affects.
XI. Gameplay Rules
A. Tributes may only travel to one new area per day, and this area must be bordering the area the tribute is presently at. Jars of Tar may be sponsored at the beginning of a fight and the tribute may light a weapon on fire in their introduction.1. Exception: Tributes may move to an area surrounding the Cornucopia directly after the Bloodbath on the first day and may move to an area bordering that on the second.
B. Before the beginning of each Games Day, every tribute must PM the designated staff member with the area they started at and the area they will end the day at. A member may PM the location for their alliance.
C. Fire can be made using firemaking aids (e.g. matches) if the firemaking station has not been taken. If firemaking has been taken, the aids are not necessary for starting a fire.1. In a location with firewood, you can use firewood continuously. However, each tribute can only carry one piece of firewood with them.
2. A fire can be used to boil three jugs of water max.
D. Tributes must drink water every three days or they will die.
E. Tributes on their last day for water ("Day 0") without water will lose 10 points from their damage score if they are not in a location with water. On Day-1, the tribute will die at the beginning of the day.
F. After finding a water source, tributes may take one day's supply of water with them per water jug.
G. Tributes must eat food every five days or they will die.
H. Tributes on their last day for food ("Day 0") will lose 10 points from their damage score.
I. Tributes may request an edible mutt fight in order to feed their tribute. Food payout is as follows:1. Small game = 1 serving of meat; Large Game = 3 servings of meat
J. If you have the trapping station, you may instead attempt to trap available mutts. Trapping attempts must be accompanied by actual posts (not WIPs or Fillers) Tributes with the plants station may collect three bundles of edible OR medicinal plants tops.
K. Fishing can be done only with the proper equipment: a spear, fishing net, or fishing line.1. Crude versions of these can be made with the Improvised Weapons station.
L. Suicide is once again permissible within reasonable limits. Indirect is preferable. If you intend to have your tribute suicide, please consult your Gamemakers.
M. Sponsorship1. Items will be delivered to tributes via silver parachute.
2. ONLY
3. All other sponsored items may be claimed by the tribute in a flee or non-attack post.
[/blockquote][/blockquote]
THE GAMES - NON-TRIBUTES
XII. Sponsorship
A. Tribute accounts will be set up on a thread. Everyone starts at zero.
B. Once training scores are revealed, people may start sponsoring.
C. To sponsor a tribute, post a reply to the designated sponsorship thread.1. You may donate anonymously by PMng the staff member in charge of the thread. Please note that with the new sponsorship system, you will be assigned an alias, e.g. "Sponsor A" in the list, so we can track your donation level.
2. The money comes from your own games funds, so make sure you have enough. When you sponsor, we will remove that much from your money.
3. The money then is posted in the tributes accounts.
4. A Sponsor may contribute funds to a tribute but may NOT specify how they are to be used.
D. Day 1 prices will be set for every item. A formula will be provided for calculations of prices each successive day. If members need help figuring out how much something costs, they should ask the current GMs.
E. If a tributes wishes to be sponsored something not on the list, they must ask the GMs for approval. Please note the following items are ineligible for sponsorship:1. Medicinal and Edible plants
2. Firewood
3. Improved weapons that are better than that which exist in the arena
F. There must be a minimum of $20 for each sponsorship.
G. Limits to Sponsorship: Choose from among the three options listed below. You must state which option you are choosing in your first sponsorship post. If you decline to state, it will be assumed you are sponsoring according to the #1 restriction below.1. Sponsor up to 10k to any number of tributes.
2. Sponsor up to 20k to a maximum of 8 tributes.
3. Sponsor up to 50k to a maximum of 3 tributes.
H. Throughout the Games, each tribute can only receive ONE of each item from sponsorship. There is no limit to the number of unique items they may receive, but they may not be sent duplicates.
I. Sponsorship wins allow one to sponsor OVER the otherwise restricted amount. For example, if you achieve your Post-a-Thon (PAT) goal and receive $1,000 in winnings and are bound by the 24 people/$10,000 cap, you could sponsor someone over the $10,000 cap by $1,000.
XIII. BettingA. Members may place bets on the tribute (or tributes) they think will win.
B. The odds will be updated every Games day and will be based on number of tributes left, alliance, number of kills, damage score, tribute inventory, and location in relation to other tributes.
C. There is a minimum of $20 for each bet.
D. Members may also place the tributes in order that they think the tribute will die, and will receive a 50% payoff for each tribute correctly placed (that is, on a $100 bet, if a member gets one tribute right, they will receive $50) and a 25% payoff for tributes who are ±1 position.1. These “ordered list” bets must be placed before the Bloodbath opens.
VICTORSHIP
XIV. Winning
A. The last tribute left alive is declared the Victor.
B. The Victor will receive $25,000 in Site Money as a cash prize, as well as a custom title declaring them to be Victor.
C. The Victor is expected to post a response on the Victor Presentation thread. All other posting is optional.
D. The Victor may attend one official dinner party open to all Capitol Residents, held in their honor by President Snow.
E. The Victor may go on a Victory Tour and post in each of the Districts, if desired. This is not required.
F. The Victor may be called upon to appear in other plots or future story lines and may fill these positions as desired.
G. Victors will be exempt from all future Reapings.
H. The player who owns the Victor will not be allowed to participate in the consecutive Hunger Games, but may participate after.
I. On the fifteenth Games after winning, a Victor’s writer may win again. For example, Aya won with Arbor Halt in the 54th. She is eligible to win again beginning with the 69th Games.
XV. Games MVP
A. At the end of the Games, a Most Valuable Player award will be given to one tribute. This award is to honor IC and OOC contribution to the Games, and is given at the Gamemaker’s discretion. It will include a custom title.
