Charity has light brown hair mostly styled in a high bun, with excess hair tied in to a braid around it. Charity has a beauty mark, right above her left eyebrow. Charity in height is about 5'1. Charity in weight is about 102.5 lbs. Charity has light tanned-pale skin that is sensitive to the heat.
Charity's flaws are: Picks at her skin causing scratches, puts minerals on her face to prevent break outs (But causes more and more). Charity has quick hands, and runs decently. Charity is not really supermodel material, but she;s not ugly either. Charity does not have brute force at all, but soft force, yeah soft force. Charity's left eye is brown, but her right is blue.
^^Personality^^
Charity has trusted to many people, and then they stabbed her in the back. Charity's parents have told Charity don't trust people she doesn't know, but Charity can't help it. One time someone literally stabbed Charity in the back at a murder attempt. Charity forgave that person, and still trusts them. Charity trusts everyone, even if they stab her in the back.
Charity is bipolar, she has Bipolar 1, and Cyclothymia. When Charity gets angry, she strives really harder to get to where she needs to be. Charity has gotten angry really bad once, she punched the guy's nose. Charity has to take medicine, provided the mayor of District 12, to stop her laughing uncontrollably or getting outraged.
Charity is very intelligent, and sneaky. Charity has high hopes of becoming Mayor of District 12. Charity is super ambitious and strives for her dreams to come true. Charity has a major phobia of spiders, or arachnaphobia.

Charity was born in late November to Nytea West and Lowrance West. Charity had a older sister, Mika West who was turned into an avox, and sent to the capitol, because she was caught poaching putside the fence. Charity was only 1 and a half, years old. Then when Charity was 12 the mines exploded leaving her father and countless others dead. Nytea went into severe depression, and almost killed her daughter, because she thought she was the devil.
Charity forgave her mother, and started looking after her. She paid what little money she had to Siya Valmer, to take care of her mother when she goes to school. Then Nytea went missing, apparently Siya forgot to watch Nytea that evening, and Nytea left. 2 days later, Nytea was spotted in a ditch, dead, cut up, throat slashed, eyes cut out, and chest opened up. Everybody knew it was Earnest Reyavold, Lowrance's brother. Siya, who loved Nytea, murdered Earnest, but Earnest retaliated stabbing her too. They both died that night. People wondered why the peacekeepers didn't show up to Earnest's house. The answer is, they don't give a fuck!
Charity fell into depression, just like her mother. Charity lived for 15 years, and 5 people she loved sooo much, died. Died. Charity got out of depression when she was 15. She started to trust people, and keep tabs on people who don't like them. That year was painful for District 12, who lost Nytea and Lowrance West, Siya Valmer, and Earnest Reyavold.
