Radiance has pure blonde hair that is braided for about 10 centimeters, then falls loosely on her shoulders. Radiance has hazel eyes that look like lighter almonds, that shine in the sunset. Radiance has pale skin, that makes her look like a pretty, moving corpse. Radiance uses moisturizer to prevent break outs on her face.
Radiance nose is small, but the bridge is a little bit wider. Her eye's are shaped like sideways ovals. Radiance is really pretty, mostly every guy who's not dating, wants her. Radiance is really puts a lot of makeup on her skin, and some of that makeup is not good for her. Radiance prefers to wear light clothing, like pretty dresses with flats, or a white blouse with cropped jeans and combat boots. Radiance is 5`4, and ways 115 lbs. which is pretty good for a girl who eats plenty each day, and for 16.

Radiance is really nice when you meet her, but if you piss her off she will be a colossal bitch! *Excuse my language* Radiance is over-protective of her friends. If her friend dates a guy, and he dumps her, she will go super bitch on him! When Radiance gets mad she will work really hard until that goal, or job is completed within the hour, or she will punish her self, by not eating dinner for 3 days.
Radiance does not want to hurt a fly, unless her or her family/friends lives depended on it. Radiance will treat you with respect unless you don't deserve it. Radiance trusts everybody unless the break her trust, by doing something behind her back. Sometimes Radiance trusts the wrong person, and they stab her in the back.
Radiance can the baddest bitch in Panem. If she wants too, but she just wants to be Radiance, Radiance Kourine Taylor. Radiance shows off sometimes, but not a lot. People help Radiance, just like some people will go help other people, if the cant pick something up.

Ar the age of 3, her parents realized that, Radiance does not fit in at District 1, because she will show mercy, but no one else will. -WIP-
