Bane Drayson - Peacekeeper - WIP

Bane is fairly tall and has a slim, fit body. He has dark brown wavy hair, and he has deep set blue eyes. Bane has a little facial stubble, which he constantly shaves/grows. He is usually in uniform, but when not on duty, he likes to wear comfortable clothing. He has third degree burns on his back and arms.

Bane’s life has been a struggle between his desire to live a normal, happy life and his severe pyromania. Despite having apparently succeeded on occasions, his illness is always waiting for a moment of distraction to emerge again and destroying his life.

Not being a bad person, Bane has often felt guilty about that, but he now admits the illness is stronger than him, and that the Peacekeeper life is the only way to unleash his love for uncontrolled fire in a semi-rational way… and also to have friends who can survive his outbursts.

Showing in work a cold, controlled behaviour, Bane’s façade disappears in the presence of sudden, violent flames, which trigger a paralyzing extasis in him, from which he can only wrench himself with great efforts. When not on the job, Rory is a nice guy, popular with girls, and makes friends easily.

Despite being born to two loving parents in District 12, Bane had hard life. At a young age, Bane discovered his love of fire, and because of that love, his father died. Ashamed of himself, Bane ran away but was caught by a old Peacekeeper.

He befriended the Peacekeeper, who became like a father to him. The Peacekeeper soon fell in love with Bane's mother and the two were married. The Peacekeeper trained him, until he was physically and mentally fit.

When he was 18, he enlisted as a Peacekeeper, and with a letter of recommendation from his stepfather, he was stationed in District 12. He showed great prowess at the academy, especially with his favorite weapon, the flamethrower.
