History:
Galloway's parents were both activists against the Capitol. They were publicly executed when Galloway was only 11. People were unwilling to help the children of traitors to the Capitol for fear of their own safety, which left Galloway to take care of himself and his 9 year old sister alone in a community home.
He spoke to several people at the canning factory, begging for a job. After two weeks, he began working in the factory. While working at the factory, Galloway began to realize just how dark the society he lives in is. The hours were long. The work was extensive. The air was putrid with rotting fish meat.
A sea captain noticed Galloway in the factory at the age of 14, and informed him that he recently opened a spot for a deck hand aboard his ship, to which Galloway cut him off and took the job. Captain Kohl taught Galloway many things that it takes to be a man. Kohl passed away the day after Galloway's 16th birthday, and left a hefty will to Galloway.
