How do I look?
Blonde hair tumbling down my back in waves and pale green eyes, I've often been told that I'm rather attractive. My style choice is a bit different than other people, and some may think it's rather unique. I see it as unique in a good way. What I wear expresses my personality. I'm often seen in a fun and stylish outfit, and sometimes my style can get a bit adventurous.

When I don't leave my hair down in its natural state, I often have it braided in some way, which is my favorite thing about my appearance. I absolutely love the color of my hair, and the way it looks when I style it just right. My skin has a light tone to it, though I do tend to get a bit of a tan sometimes, out in the sun of District Four. Of course, now, everyone has something they don't like about the way I look. For some people, it may be their height or weight. Personally, I am happy with both of those things. It's true, however, that I am a bit uncomfortable with the many stretch marks that I have from gaining and losing weight somewhat quickly. I'm also quite clumsy due to my feet that are each a different size from one another.

"Sweetheart" is a nickname I've been called quite a lot. I'm nice to most everyone, and I rarely argue. I honestly don't find a point in being mad at people very often. I'm very content and confident with who I am, and am not afraid to express my opinion. It's true, however, that giving my honest opinion has gotten me into trouble on occasion. I'm very open and honest with people, but perhaps a bit too honest. I've also been told that I may be a bit too confident, as I tend to think rather highly of myself.

Little kids, however, tend to annoy me quite a bit, and are the one thing that seem to really set me off. I get very frustrated and will occasionally yell at them if they push me over the edge. I'm a very adventurous girl when I'm on my own or with my friends. I like to explore and discover knew things, as it gives me a thrill. When I find something new, as the curious girl that I am, it gives me a spark of joy. I love spending time with my friends, and I feel like they feel the same about me. At least, that's what I hope, seeing as I consider them my friends. I also really enjoy spending time with my family.

I've been searching for the perfect romance for years. I've never been the flirty type, unless it's with someone I'm in a relationship with. It's hard for me to find people to date, however, as I am usually too high or too low on people's scale of standards. I love to swim, and I have a lot of different bathing suits that I wear at different times. I love the rush of energy I get when I swim like a torpedo through the water, or relax like a mermaid as I float in the water. Swimming has always been a favorite hobby of mine. This is likely because of living by the water in District Four.

I remember it like it was yesterday.
I've always had a rather good home life. There have never been many conflicts between my family and I. My sister is my absolute best friend, and she's only a year younger than me. Her name is Ariana, and she's a sweetie. My parents are extremely nice to us, and we have always seemed to have a strong family bond. Of course, like with every family, little fights come up here and there. I've only once lost someone close to me.

A few years ago, I lost a friend of mine, Mira. We were each only twelve at the time, and she died of an illness that no one was able to cure her of. I miss her every day, and I hate to think about the fact that she's gone. Luckily, I haven't lost anyone since then. Although, I'm afraid that I may lose my close friend, Marina Summers. She seems to be a bit reckless, and also has a want to be in the games. I wonder if I'd have the courage to volunteer for her if she were picked. I personally never want to be in the games, as they're such a terrible and terrifying thing.

In my free time, I like to swim and go for runs, as I'm rather active. I've usually made my friends that I've met through school, and just from seeing people around the district that I decided to initiate a conversation with. Marina was one of the friends that I met at school. There are very few people I don't like, such as Charm Jinx and her family, and that's simply because Charm has often been a bit of a bully toward me, saying that I'm pathetic for not wanting to be in the games. Perhaps one day she'll get picked and find out how terrifying they really are. Then she'd know I was the smart one.
