Appearance:
Parkanas has beautiful flowing blond hair, that goes just beneath her shoulder blades. Her eye are silver with a fierce look in them that never diminishes. She is built to be a soldier, with her 5'7 height, and her outstanding weight of 145 pounds. Her arms are thin, but let that not think that she is weak she can benchpress 150, and lift 175 pounds. Her fast hands allow her to throw knives at a quick pace, and chuck 2 spears in a little over of 8 seconds. Her good height allows her to get things on top shelves.
Parkanas is one of the prettiest girls in school, with her nice almost flawless body structure, and her feminine qualities. Parkanas has like a mole that hurts when you touch it like right next to her left eye. Parkanas is actually not one of those stuck-up bitchy pretty girls, she is nice to her fellow peers, and helps little ones when their struggling with something. Parkanas is a little over the top, when she pulls pranks on people that usually involves someone ending up sleeping with someone. Personality:
Parkanas dosent have a lot of flaws, but she has some, some dark ones. Lets start out with the dark ones. Parkanas hears voices, voices that tell her things that are so dreadful, so gruesome, it makes her want to puke. It drives her mad when the voices come, but she never ever told anyone about the voices in her head. Another dark one is that Parkanas likes to kill things. It's fun to her watching people she dosent like struggle while she stabs them and their blood splattering all over her, and after their dead she dances on their bodies, but thats just her imagination she would do a lot more than that in real life.
The other flaws are that she likes to picture people dead, than match them up with a killer of her choice. She just loves the thought of dead people, and how they die squriming and struggling while their killer is sliting their throat. Hahaha... It makes Parkanas laugh when their begging them not to kill them, its pathetic that people will even waste their time screaming to their killer 'Please don't kill me!' Thats where the Hunger Games comes in. Its Parkanas's is favorite thing of all time watching people murder each other.
Parkanas is not even remotely close to standoffish, but does have charisma that people like and that give her help with things she needs. Parkanas is nice when you meet her, but if you piss her off let me just say its not going to be pretty for you. Parkanas could flip out at any moment if you say something mean to her or someone she likes.

History:
Parkanas was born the day of the reaping to Zariah and Dennis Elk. At the age of 3 her parents knew something was wrong with their child, because she screamed at night saying the darkness was going to take her away, her parents thought that she meant that the capitol was going to take her away. The voices came around at the age of 5, and keeps on terrorizing her today. Parkanas didn't go to sleep much, the voices kept her awake, along with the pictures of rotten, not fresh clean kills, but people's head's, arm's, leg's, everywhere and nailed to the wall with the eye's opened.
At the age of 9, The voices invaded the thoughts of Parkanas while she was at school, and she just started wailing, and bawling all over the place. The students started freaking out, and the teacher tried to calm Parkanas down, but Parkanas scratched her right on her cheek, and it left a small gash. The teacher then just picked Parkanas up by the hair, and dragged her to the Principal. The Principal recommended a therapist, and since the family had money to hire one, the hired one for a weeks session.
Parkanas never talked during the sessions, so the therapist quit. Parkanas's parents started avoiding Parkanas, so thats when Parkanas snuck off in the night, and walked on the road, stepping on many worms, and insects as she can. At the age of 13, she started watching the Hunger Games. and loved every bit of it. Parkanas just wanted to be called on the stage for she could be in the Hunger Games.
