Stocky and strong, Sirius has the body of a Career tribute, seeing as that was how he was trained, even if he never competed. He stands around 5'11" and is about 200 pounds of muscle.

He's got short hair the color of mud though his eyes are a pale shade of green. He's got a scar across his left temple from a previous knife fight. This is a general visual I made of Sirius using a hero generator:

Personality:

Bitter and cunning, Sirius is a ruthless leader of his gang, the Prestige. He is ruthless and determined, and will get his way.

He's also got a way with words, too. Though in general his voice is harsh, it can easily soften and persuade others to do as he pleases. Sirius is a good speaker and great at manipulating people.

History:

Trained as a Career tribute but never competing in the Games, Sirius considers his entire life before he turned nineteen a waste. He promptly founded his gang, the Prestige.

Now he rules the streets that is his domain, trying to avoid the rivals of the Prestige, the Untouchables. It's not that he likes them, not that he wouldn't enjoy an all out war between the two; Sirius just doesn't want too much bloodshed for his gang.
