Ced had deep eyes that seem to go on forever. They are dark--almost black--and the exact same color as his hair, which is a little long for a guy's, but not really. A few strands swoop down below his eyebrows all the time. The ends of it curl a little.

Ced is relatively tall, standing at about 5'10. He is of Asian descent, and his skin is shows that. His eyes are only slightly slanted. Ced often wears a leather jacket, a T-shirt, jeans, and combat boots. He also has a leather chain with a circular medal on it, which would be his token if he ever went into the Games, which he has trained for. Because of that, his muscles are quite developed.

Cedric is usually very closed off to other people. He doesn't trust easily, or get close to other people easily. Some people think he's a "bad-ass", but only because he's standoff-ish. He doesn't like to be associated with many people, and very few people ever seem to want to get close to him besides his family.

Cedric, once you become close with him, is still very quiet, but he sometimes mutters things that, if you catch, can keep you laughing hours afterwards. He's quite loyal, but also very intelligent. He does what's best for himself and the people's he closest too.

The biggest thing about Cedric is that, unlike most of his district, he is very artistic. Most people become doctors, nurses, or physical therapist, but Ced wants to do something different. As a child he hoped of becoming a famous artist and traveling around Panem. Now that's he's older, he's realized how unrealistic that was. He now wants to deal with art affecting mental illnesses.

Cedric's parents are well-respected doctors, and their family is very well-known. Sometimes Ced hates it; sometimes he enjoys it. Everyone seems to know him, but everyone also seems to owe his parents a favor, so they help him out.

Cedric hates how his parents put their jobs first. To them, work is the most important thing. He also resents that his older sister Shayden had to pick up the slack and act like his mother all of the time. He pulled away from his family at the age of twelve. He's still close, but he wants his parents to realize what they're doing to the Agatu family.

Cedric has been training for the Games since he was seven, and he shows promise, although he's certainly not the best in the district. He's a master with odd weapons and daggers. He also excels with first-aid, gathering, and hunting, but he's very bad with some basic skills, like creating fires. To survive in the Games, he would need a pack of allies.

Cedric knows his sister, Shayden, is planning on moving out soon. He refuses to live with her his entire life. Instead, he wants to make a living for himself as far away from home as possible. If that means Victor Village, so be it.
