Daniel Monty is not buff, or tough looking. He has an average figure, much similar to that of a normal twenty six year old. Daniel has smooth, black hair that he likes to gel to the side. He has two brown eyes that are covered by glasses. Daniel has an angular nose, and a ready white smile. He has a pale complexion, due to the fact that he hates to go out in the sun. Daniel doesn't look all that imposing, which makes troublemakers in his District not too afraid of him.

Daniel has a sense of humor, unlike his fellow co-workers. He likes to make jokes and poke fun at whoever converses with him. Daniel doesn't really take his job seriously. He finds it fun and just another thing to do. Despite his dry humor, Daniel is a nice person to be around with; if you're not on the wrong side of the law. Dan hates troublemakers, and they are the subject of most of his jokes.

Daniel was born into a family of Peacekeepers. His father, his grandfather, and his great grand father were all Peacekeepers. At a young age he was taught to respect the law and to enforce it. When he was a teenager he began training to become a real Peacekeeper for District 2.

At the age of 20 he became a Peacekeeper, and was assigned to keep order in his District. When he was 22, his father died in a struggle between two gangs. This gave Daniel a special hate for gangs. At times he is sent to another District for assignments and the like.
