A slight, willowy figure, Alleila comes across as light and breathy as a feather as far as form goes. She is of medium height, with legs that are longer than her torso. Because she is so compact, she lacks the strength to ever be able to take on an opponent. Being of the Upper Districts has also turned her relatively soft. However, her form allows for her to be naturally swift on her feet. She can also be very handy with a knife. The hair that adorns her head is shoulder-length, wispy, and light brown. It is layered in such a way that it frames her face and naturally waves very well. The eyes she possesses are hazel in color. Although said to be pretty, it is so subtle and unassertive that she hardly attracts anyone.

Personality:

Alleila is incredibly intelligent, inheriting her parents' wisdom and smarts. Her passion is for medicine, whether when healing humans or animals, and she loves a challenge when she sees one. She is the best in her class at school. Unfortunately, the smarts that she possesses are not good in terms of making friends; she has a hard time and can sometimes seem antisocial. In reality, however, she is very, very shy. Completely unassertive, it is a wonder at all that she managed to raise her hand enough at school so that they could recognize her talent. Her insecurity in herself assures her that no one besides the doctors and teachers wants to speak with her or hear from her, so she shouldn't bother trying. Not only that, Alleila has a hard time speaking to anyone she doesn't know and has no need to speak to. At home, she speaks easily and happily with her parents; when in the workplace with her father and occasionally her mother, she has no trouble diagnosing and conversing with the patient. When at school, she freezes up and stutters at anyone who attempts to talk with her. If they persevere, though, they may end up speaking with someone who can hold up a decent conversation when not under complete pressure. Although she is so shy, Alleila has somehow picked up a talent for empathy and kindness toward other people. She has an almost extreme form of empathy - when she sees others hurt, she has to hurry away so that she doesn't cry. The pain they feel is as sharp as if it were her own.

History:

Born into a very soft life in the Upper Districts, Alleila has never felt the sharp pang of starvation or the bitter taste of stale bread. She has always been provided for and feels she always will be, considering the fact that her parents are some of the most prestigious doctors in the District. In her short lifetime, she has been awarded many certificates by both the school and by the community recognizing her talent as a healer. Her parents have never forced her to train as a Career Tribute, and she prays at every Reaping that she might not get chosen. Some Career Tributes criticize her for being so buried in her books, which is another reason that she is so shy and insecure. Desperately, still, she wants to live and be a doctor. Currently, she is studying hard and continuing to live the soft life of an Upper District girl.
