First Tribute Outside of the BB to Attack Unarmed

I will ask you for mercy / I will come to you blind

The first tribute to attack someone unarmed outside of the Bloodbath will go suddenly and irrevocably blind. The remainder of their attacks on this Games day will be randomized. By the next morning, the tribute will have gotten their bearings and will be able to attack normally if they so choose - but will still be blind.
