essentially, if double-barreled last names are considered two last names, then there would be an equal amount of double-barreled names to no last names, meaning there could be anywhere from 0 - 12 of each, and then single last names would take whatever remaining spots, meaning there could be 0 - 24 of them.

There are 50 character without last names, and 33 characters with double-barreled names.

But as far as I can remember the answers to both of those questions are bound by [3, 8]

Square brackets include the numbers, meaning there were between 3 and 8 of each. We all know there's a crazy amount of sibtribs in the reaping, so I expect it to be on the higher end. (I also won't be listing them here because that's a lot of work.) I will, however, list all of the British members entered in the reaping. There were 8 British members entered into the reaping, meaning it could be possible that all 8 were reaped. We know at least 3 of them were, though, so at minimum that's 3/8.
