District[Elysian Quick]12

Elysian is about 5'4", and 96 pounds, with a few bones showing, but not too skinny. She has Reddish hair that has been chopped short with rusty garden shears, as well as bright blue eyes that are usually shining with mischief. Her skin's somewhat pale, compared to most people, although she's usually covered in a layer of dirt. She enjoys wearing her cape, which is raggedy and old.

Elysian here is a young girl who looks sort of boyish and is completely fine with that. She has a competition to her and an almost pathological need to be top dog, so she'll fight most anyone. In spite of the tomboy appearance, she's also quite good at pulling the "ice queen" routine, and loves to wield her stickball apparatus and her cape with a royal flair.
She's a parent's worst nightmare in other ways too. Other than sowing discord amongst her peers and thumbing her nose at the idea of actually studying anything, she has a profound sense of adventure, a penchant for confrontation, and is a practiced pro at sticking her nose where it doesn't belong. And don't you forget it, or it's the stick for you!
In scary and/or unfamiliar situations, Elysian relies on abandonning all emotion as psychological armor. This side of her, whch she calls 'Bones', is somewhat like an empty void,and she can do just abour anything as Bones without feeling a thing. Under attack, she'll switch to Bones, who will 'take care' of the problem.
There's one weakness: she's a sucker for cute little kids. She can't help liking them. She just does. It's the only time anyone will see her not being smartalecky or cruel. She's also a hunter, so she practically lives in the forest beyond the fence. She knows the Hob pretty well, and is a fierce bargainer.

She doesn't remember too much about her early childhood, but she's lived alone in District 12 for most of her life. She's been forced to watch the Hunger Games in the square for a while now, and she hates them. Nothing much to say.
