Character Creation (Magnus Henry)

Name: Magnus Henry

Age: 14

Gender: Male

District: 3

Appearance: Magnus has electric blue eyes with short brown hair along with ashen skin. Magnus is small but heavily muscled from lifting parts for his machines all his life. He also has a face that makes him look a year or two younger than he actually is. People often mistake him for his 10 year old brother Flash. He also has scar going from the corner of his mouth to his right eye.

Magnus is 5" 4' and weighs 120 pounds. He is a decent runner (Got 3rd in his class) .Also he is surprisingly strong for his build. He has been known to lift an eighty pound engine by himself. Magnus also is very unreadable. No one ever knows what he is feeling.

Personality:
Magnus is a very smart kid. He has been top of his class all his life. He has even been said to be the smartest kid in District 3. Magnus is also very curious. He always wants to know how things work and what they do.
Magnus also has trust issues. He used to always get bullied because of his size (until he showed them). The only people he trusts are his family. Another thing about Magnus is that since his mothers death he doesn't show emotion. He has made his face unreadable. This way no one ever knows how he feels or what he is thinking.

History:
Magnus lives with his parents Bolt. Along with his dad he has a younger brother Flash (10) and sister Electra (7). He works as an assistant to one of the most famous engineers in District 3. From a young age Magnus had an understanding of how things were made and how they functioned. At the age of 9 he even built his own automatic crossbow until his parents confiscated it. That was what got him a job helping a famous District 3 engineer.
Then when he was ten he got out of school and was going to work when the emergency alarms started ringing. That's when Magnus saw the fire. It was coming out of the building he knew his mom was working in. Just when he started to run towards the building to help it exploded sending shrapnel everywhere. One of these pieces hit his face cutting him from his lip to his right eye. Then something hit Magnus in the head knocking him out. When he woke he was at home in his room. He looked around and spotted his father sitting at his desk. Before Magnus could ask the question his father told him that his mother was dead.
For the last four years Magnus has suffered from the loss of his mother. He keeps his face unreadable for fear people will judge him if he grieves for his mother. He wakes up in the middle of the night from nightmares of his mother locked in a factory getting blown up. He has even convinced himself that there is a way to bring back his mother through technology. Until he figures that out he won't stop. And he is reminded about his mission every day from a locket his mother gave him on his 8th birthday.
