Appearance: Moxie La Porte was born as an albino, a person who lack pigment in their skin, hair, and eyes, making her skin appear to be very pale and her hair white. However, unlike the typical red or pink, Moxie’s eyes are a pale blue. Moxie stands at 5 ft. 5 in. tall and weighs 110 lbs. Moxie isn’t very tough of strong, but she is reasonably fast when compared to others in her age group.

Moxie tends to wear long sleeve shirts, and sweaters whenever it’s cold out, and wears comfy pants of any type, usually sweatpants, to cover up her skin. This is mostly because she can get sunburnt easily because she lacks pigments. Moxie tends not to do anything fancy to her hair, and chooses to just have it down, and has her hair go slightly past her shoulders. Moxie is also rarely seen without her favorite scarf. This scarf is a pale blue, and has a small train imprinted on one end of it in a silvery white hue. This scarf was given to her from her parents, who just so happened to work on Panems trains. She also has a pair of glasses, but doesn't use them often.

Personality: Moxie is very honest and puts a lot of faith into others that she knows well. Moxie is also fairly smart, and has a tendency to take notice, and sometimes obsess, over minor details. She is also very good at improvising and being creative when things don’t work out.

However, Moxie is also easily discouraged when something doesn't work, and sometimes panics when things get very bad, and, whenever she does panic, she tends to miss an obvious solution. Moxie is an introvert, and struggles to open up to people she doesn't know. This is mostly stemmed from other kids in school thinking that she was funny looking because of her white hair and pale skin.

To the few people that really spent the time to get to know Moxie, they tend to find someone who is very sweet and sympathetic. They would also see someone who is very admirable, and pure of heart. Moxie also tends to see the best in people she knows, and really tries to help people she knows whenever they are in need.

History: Much to her parents’ surprise, Moxie La Porte was born as albino. Due to this being a rare condition, Moxie’s parents were extremely protective and of their little girl, and went out of their way to be with her as much as they could. Moxie was always happy during these times, and loved her parents more than anything else in the world.

Eventually, Moxie was old enough to go to school, and her parents had a hard time letting her go, but they knew that it was important for her to go to school. They gave her a scarf with a picture of one of the trains that her parents would work on. on her first day, which she has cherished and still wears to this day. However, unlike her home, she was picked on by other kids for her seemingly strange appearance when it came to her hair color and skin color.

Moxie became extremely shy and quiet for a long time, although she did open up to a few people. She spent most of her time learning instead of socializing, and was considered one of the smartest kids in her grade. Eventually, she became a bit more open to speaking to other people rather than studying all the time, and even began showing some of her quirks to people she trusted, which usually leaves her in a very flustered state.

Other: Although it is probably possible to fix the lack of pigmentation in Moxie’s skin and hair through one of Panem’s advanced medical procedures, her parents definitely don’t have the money for something like that.
