Appearance:

With her long blonde hair and striking hazel eyes, Skylar has no trouble looking pretty for guys. She tends to keep her hair down most of the time; although she might occasionally braid it back. It's only in a pony tail if she's having a very bad day, because she usually takes pride in her appearance.

Her skin is smooth and tan, from multiple different Capitol remedies and creams that her family is able to afford. She's not exactly skinny either, since she always has enough to eat, but she's not fat. Muscles bulge out of her legs, arms, and torso from relentless training at the various academies in District 2. 

She can usually be seen wearing black clothing; the clothing of death. Her family honors the Hunger Games, and she wears these clothes in memory of the many tributes she will someday kill in the arena.

Personality:

Since she's hardly ever been denied anything in her life, Skylar tends to come off as a spoiled brat in other people's minds. She knows this, so she tries to act her role as much as she can. She's not afraid to rub her family's wealth in other people's faces, and she's certainly one to brag about her achievements. She also tends to complain a lot whenever something doesn't go right for her, which doesn't happen often.

Even though she seems like some lazy girl that hasn't done a moment of work in her life, she has a hard mind. Years of training in the academy have taught her that she has to fight for what she wants, and she's certainly not afraid to kill if necessary.

She has a wide social life, since most people in District 2 have similar personalities as her. With many x-boyfriends, she's made a lot of enemies over the years. She can make friends as well, but usually only if they're as nasty and mean as her. Little kids are her favorite to pick on, because they can't fight back against her.

History:

Both of her parents have raised her to honor the Capitol and the Hunger Games for her entire life. Her dream, her sole purpose in life, is to volunteer for the Games and come out as the victor. And with all her training, she has a right to brag.

Years of training in the academy have made her quite skilled in a variety of weapons. She's also no stranger to blood, after picking up boxing when she was fourteen. Several fight clubs challenged her to matches, and she always came out on top. 

When she's not training in the academy or boxing, she spends a lot of time at various boys' houses. She's had many boyfriends in her life, all of whom she has dumped for fun, just to see their reactions and the looks on their heartbroken faces. She's currently single, and waiting to claim her next victim.

Being an only child meant she always got special treatment from her parents. They believe she's the best thing in the world; their little angel. She takes advantage of this whenever possible, meaning she never has to work at the blacksmith shops or factories of District 2.
